Attractive Villa situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage la plus proche, Niza Beach, Torre Del Mar est notre ville locale et se trouve à dix minutes en voiture. Meublé à un niveau élevé exceptionnel partout. Toutes les chambres sont au même niveau. Villa est face au sud et bénéficie de nombreuses heures de soleil tout au long de la journée. il dispose de trois chambres doubles et une chambre double, une salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche et une salle de bain avec douche, cuisine avec lave-linge et lave-vaisselle, draps fournis dans le salon et dans deux chambres doubles. profiter des jardins paysagers attrayants dans le confort des chaises longues et des meubles à manger en plein air, y compris barbecue à gaz qui entourent la grande piscine extérieure, le troisième étage accessible par un escalier en colimaçon est une autre terrasse utilisée pour bronzer avec de superbes vues sur la mer

The villa was great, very well presented and equipped. We really enjoyed the pool and the outside spaces which are also very well kept. It is ideally situated and there is loads to do in the surrounding areas. We will definitely return the whole family had a great time.

Beautiful villa, very relaxing. Pool and garden area is where we spent the majority of our time. Annoyingly there were some building works ongoing at the villas opposite which caused some noise and dust. However this was always completed in the mornings and obviously outside the control of the villa owner. Would not hesitate ri recommend staying at this villa and would happily return. Recommend to hire a car if you wish to visit supermarkets, restaurants etc which are all within a short car journey.

Velez Malaga gem

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Velez Malaga in this beautiful Villa, fitted with all the essentials we needed. The pool was perfect, along with the actual house and the location of the house was perfect for us - under 30 min drive to Malaga town and Nerja. Our hosts were accessible and helpful, all round it was a brilliant experience and we would certainly go back again. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your property.

Peaceful location

The property is not justified by the pictures, it was spacious and clean. All you need for a stay is provided, the pool and outside areas are very good, lots of sun loungers and areas to eat and relax, plenty of shade also available if required. Lovely surprise to find fresh lemons fallen from the trees on the property as well as being able to pick the fresh tomatoes. The host Liam was amazing, we had some trouble locating the villa he was on the phone to help and checked in on us. He was available for any questions we had helping direct us to local bars and restaurants, a light was not working he got it fixed the next day. The property is about a 15 minute walk to Niza beach, the beach is great very popular with the locals with a small bar and restaurant situated on the beach, we regularly went for a swim in the evening followed by some drinks and food. A car is a must whilst this is not remote it is difficult to get to places without a car or taxi. Torre del mar is a 10 minute drive, lovely Spanish town with lots to offer from shops, bars restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend this villa and we would absolutely return

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Die Villa befindet sich auf einem Hügel gelegen neben anderen Villen. Anfahrt ist sehr unkompliziert. Parken kann man direkt hinter dem Eingangstor, die Garage ist nicht zur Benutzung frei. Auf der Unteren Ebene befindet sich auch direkt der wundervoller Pool, wo den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint. Es gibt einen Schuppen daneben, dort befindet sich sehr viel Poolzubehör, wie Luftmatratzen, Schwimmhilfen für Kinder, Bälle, etc. Es mangelt an nix. Auch ein Sonnenschirm, falls man mal Schatten haben möchte ist vorhanden. Rund um den Pool bitte bisschen vorsichtig sein, sobald es Nass wird ist es sehr rutschig, aber sogar rutschfeste Schuhe gibt es im Schuppen. In der Villa selbst gibt es einen kleinen Eingangsbereich mit dem ersten WC mit Dusche, dahinter ein großes Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer, die dann zur Terrasse führen. Auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche und die 3 Schlafzimmer mit dem Haupt-Badezimmer. Alles ist ebenerdig und ohne jegliche Stolperfallen. Wir waren mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern da, deshalb war das besonders wichtig. Die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer und der Essbereich verfügen über eine Klimaanlage und das 3 Schlafzimmer über einen Deckenventilator. Alles sehr sauber, schön hell eingerichtet. Mietauto ist Pflicht, es geht gut bergauf. Strände leider alle Kies, sehr steinig. Supermärkte in 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Falls mal was ist, wohnen 2 "Hausmeister" direkt nebenan, sie schauen auch so mal vorbei und fragen, ob was fehlt. Gerne wieder.

Fantastic villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was super clean and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The pool was perfect and Syd, the pool guy, was so friendly. The neighbourhood was really nice and we went into torre del mar a few times which has so many restaurants, cafes and bars. Thank you for a great stay!

Superb villa in a great location

A great holiday in a lovely villa which is very well equipped with everything a family needs. In a quiet, residential area which is close to beaches and also Torre del Mar (car hire recommended). Liam and Ann Marie are wonderful hosts and helped to make the whole process straightforward and pain free!! We would highly recommend this villa as an ideal holiday location.

Fantastic Villa

My family spent 9 nights that the villa (early August). We were very impressed with it. So spacious, beautifully decorated / furnished and was well equipped in the kitchen and throughout the villa. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our time at the pool area. There was plenty of sun beds, chairs etc to accommodate us. We went to Torre Del Mar on a number of occasions where there is plenty of good restaurants and very reasonably priced too. The owners Ann Marie and Liam were very helpful at all times. We would love to come back and stay in the villa and would happily recommend this place to others. Thank you for a fabulous stay. Shauna

Great property, ideal for our family (2 adults, 2 children and Grandma!)

Lovely Villa, very clean and well presented and maintained. 3 good sized bedrooms, with excellent air conditioning in 2 of the rooms. Spacious lounge/social space with doors to balcony which was a good size for 5. Little extras such as English TV was handy when hiding from the midday sun, and beach chairs and umbrellas where fantastic to allow all members of the family to join in the beach visits. We walked to the beach with our eldest (11yrs) and it took 10mins. Supermarkets where easy to find by car, and the weekly market was nice to visit. Really friendly neighbours, and generally a great place for a family holiday. We hope to return next year!

Fabulous Villa. Very elegantly styled with great outside space including pool.

Great family holiday. Kids loved the pool. Villa well equipped from cool bags and beach towels to tapas dishes and sangria jugs. The place is immaculate very well cared for. Amazing place to stay. A car is needed as very hilly. But again a secure drive way is provided. Great place, will most defiantly be back. Thanks again for letting us stay

An outstanding villa. Very spacious and extremely well maintained. Everything you needed, was very well equipped. We had numerous visits from Conner the pool man,very polite and helpful. We also had a visit from Russ the maintenance man who was also very informative about the area. Because we did not hire a car, we had an internet shopping delivered. We did this back in England. During the week, because they didn't have everything we asked for, we had another delivery. This was perfect for us as we did not book this villa to go exploring. However, you do need a car if you want to do this. At the bottom of the long road ,15mins walk, there is a beach bar which we did attend and found this ok.All-in-all a perfect holiday for us. Would highly recommend.
