The house is situated in the most popular Istrian rurally touristic region and the surrounding is really nice and enchanting. If all the roads in Europe lead to Rome, then all the roads in Istria lead to Žminj, the centre of Istria and the old intersection. On the town entrance is a small church of St. Bartholomew around which a traditional fest Bartulja takes place on the last Saturday in August. This is the biggest folk feast which Istrians and their guests never miss.
Holiday house is equipped with all that you need for a perfect vacation. It is built in a traditional Istrian style from a rock and it has a wooden roof inside a house. The house will enchant you with style and comfort. The house is surrounded by a spacious 2000 m2 garden and facilities around. The pool has an Ø 6,00 m. In the garden there are swings for children, a slide and a trampoline. The parking is spacious and private.
