The flat is located between Plaza de la Merced (where Picasso's birthplace is located) and Teatro Cervantes. The Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba with Roman theatre, the well-known Calle Larios (shopping paradise) and the fully renovated marina with promenade are all within walking distance. The beach can also be reached on foot (15-minute walk).

It is south-west facing and located on the 4th floor so you can enjoy the incoming sun almost all day and get a beautiful sunset for free in the evening.
