The Neighborhood:
Apartment located in a quiet area in the new estate ''Perłowa Przystań'' on Sienkiewicza Street in Kolobrzeg. This estate is located in close proximity to the active railroad tracks. The apartment building is equipped with an elevator and provides privacy and quiet rest away from the city center. The surrounding area is well developed, with many stores and retail and service outlets. It will take half an hour to walk to the Kolobrzeg Lighthouse, and about 20 minutes to the city center, where the Oceanarium is located. The property is less than 1.5 km from the sandy beach.

Guests can use a parking space in an above-ground parking lot and an outdoor swimming pool on the premises of the estate.
