This comfortable apartment has the capacity to accommodate 4 people and is located on the 2nd floor of the building (with lift). The space consists of a living room with kitchenette, from which there is access to a balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Thanks to the abundance of kitchen appliances such as an oven, microwave and coffee maker, the apartment will be a great choice even for long holiday stays! An undoubted asset is the balcony with garden furniture, which will allow you to have breakfast in the morning and gain energy for a new day. The bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed that will allow you to fully relax. The bathroom has been fitted with a spacious shower cubicle and a washing machine to further enhance the comfort of your stay. For a good start to your stay, we provide guests with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen.

This comfortable apartment located in the modern Portowa Residence - Kolobrzeg Apartments | ''Navigator'', in the seaside town of Kolobrzeg, on Portowa Street. The location of the facility is a great asset, close to the sea, only 750 m from the beautiful sandy beach and 900 m from the Kolobrzeg Lighthouse. The facility provides privacy and the possibility to take walks in the nearby park. It is ideally located in the spa part of Kolobrzeg with its treatment facilities and close to the city centre. Popular attractions to visit while in Kołobrzeg are the pier (800 m) or the Museum of Wax Figures (1.5 km). Lovers of Baltic history will also find many places of interest in the area, within a few minutes' drive: Solna Marina - a sailing marina, Kolobrzeg's Maritime Heritage Park (a Cold War-era patrol submarine with an exhibition in the engine room and the possibility to visit the deck) or the Piracy Museum.

The surrounding area of the property is well developed, so you will find everything you need in the neighbourhood. There are numerous retail and service outlets and restaurants nearby.
