The space
Located in North Peachtree City, just 25 minutes to Jackson Hartsfield Airport and 40 minutes to downtown Atlanta, enter into the vaulted ceiling foyer of our 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. The main floor features hardwood floors and Sonos system throughout, family room with Restoration Hardware leather sofa, brand new 65" LG OLED TV and gas fireplace, home office with large restoration hardware desk, printer and bar, large well appointed gourmet kitchen with brand new Samsung fridge, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances, eat-in kitchen with farmhouse wood table and and a formal dining room. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen adjacent to the door leading to the attached 2 car garage and features a Samsung washer and Dryer.
The back door off the main floor leads out to a fenced in backyard and our outdoor living space featuring an automatic louvered roof. The louvers can be opened or closed as you wish and have an automatic rain sensor so that you can sit and watch the rain roll in. With ample seating for 6 and a gas fired coal BBQ, there is a lighted ceiling fan to cool you off on those warm summer nights and a fire pit to keep you warm on those cooler winter evenings.
Adjacent to the outdoor living space is an umbrella covered teak table with seating for 6. Just up the path there is our heated salt water pool with chaise lounges and a small table with seating for 2. Pool towels, floats and corn toss are all available for your enjoyment.
All of the bedrooms and game room are on the second floor. The master suite is beautifully furnished with a pillow top California king size bed, large screen smart TV, ensuite bathroom with marble floors, large soaker jetted tub, separate marble shower and large walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen size pillow top bed, large screen smart TV and rattan furnishings. Across the hall, sharing the full bath with a separate shower room is the third bedroom with full size bed and antique furnishings. The forth bedroom with a single bed is also ideal for an office, yoga room or quite reading space.
At the end of the hall adjacent to the fully stocked linen closet is a game room, filled with board games, movies, dart board, junior sized ping-pong table and full size air hockey table.

The entire home is yours to enjoy. We do keep 2 closets in the game room and 1 closet on the main floor locked for owners storage and seasonal items.
