When we received a noise complaint from a neighbor, we reached out as part of our standard procedure to ensure compliance with our house rules and to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone in the community. Our communication is always intended to be professional and respectful. We regret that you felt otherwise, as that was not our intention. For transparency, we do have exterior security cameras, as disclosed in our listing, which help us monitor activity outside the property. While we observed activity that prompted concern, we chose to address the matter with a reminder rather than escalate the situation further. We remain committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and respectful space for both our guests and neighbors.

In preparation for your stay and your children’s visit, I made special efforts to fully stock the refrigerator with continental snacks and beverages to enhance your comfort. For transparency with future guests, I would like to clarify that the home is thoroughly cleaned and documented before and after every stay. The yellow powdery substance referenced was not present prior to your arrival, and I have video documentation confirming the home’s condition before check-in and after check-out. Additionally, your review mentions being charged $1000; however, no such charge was collected. As with all stays, any concerns reported during the reservation would have been addressed immediately to ensure guest satisfaction. You also noted that the home was very nice, clean, and that your overall stay was good, which reflects the standard of care and hospitality I consistently strive to provide, which shows in all my reviews with people who actually are humans and act as one.
