The space

Guest access
You have access to the entire house, except the supply closet (located in the primary bathroom).

Other things to note
• We put a lot of care and attention in designing this home to make sure you have a great experience. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have.
• While we offer instant booking, we do require you to answer a few questions after you make a reservation (what brings you to Senoia, copy of photo ID if no ratings, etc.).
• Our working hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST 7 days per week on Messenger, but if any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please note there is no one living on-site. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.
• Being in the south with hot temps and rain, you may see an unwanted guest (i.e. bug). We have quarterly pest control to help but if you see an insect, please take a picture to share with the exterminator and we’ll get them out as soon as we can.
• We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer than 2 days, we recommend you bring additional supplies.
• There are external cameras that faces the door and driveway for our safety and yours. They’re recorded 24/7.
• The house is on a septic tank with sensitive plumbing so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
