No Parties, Events, or Unauthorized Guests.

Pet Friendly: Up to 2 dogs (40 lbs max. each). A pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. An additional $200 cleaning fee applies if this policy is violated. Pets must not be left unattended for extended periods, and guests are required to clean up after their pets.

Security: There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door that records motion only for the safety and security of our guests and the property.

For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.

Please note that your reservation is pending until the above mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.

For longer stays (30+ days), we may require a background check and signed Lease Agreement.

Our home is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and receives regular preventative pest control. However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
