When you need an escape from the sun, the bright interior of your retreat welcomes you with open arms. Lined with nautical-themed decorations, every inch of this condo is ready to host special family memories. Every convenience you need is here, central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access. Play a board game or two, whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, and most importantly, sleep soundly each evening under the plush linens in each of the bedrooms. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
