The Space:

Imagine waking up to the rising sun sparkling on the ocean and the sound of seagulls calling in the distance. Yes, you're on vacation! Belmont Towers 301 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom, corner condo that's anything but ordinary. The spacious, sun-filled family room features a flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a fireplace. Sliding glass doors open up to a private gazebo balcony overlooking Ocean City's famous beach and boardwalk. A fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, granite countertops, and wet bar. Additional luxuries include flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, free WiFi, and a jetted Whirlpool tub. Building amenities include a gorgeous rooftop pool, putting green, fitness center, and sauna. What's nearby: Take the elevator downstairs, and you're on the beach and boardwalk, with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Best of all, you can forget about the stress of looking and paying for a parking spot. Park 2 vehicles in Belmont's gated, covered garage and leave it there, because you are already where the action is! Things to know: * Please note that there are active security cameras posted in the common areas Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Bright and spacious

Great location just above the boardwalk (Fishers) with perfect view of the Ferris Wheel and pier. Clean, ocean front, parking on same level as unit. Loved the balcony and gas fireplace.

In the middle of things

The property is large. Good parking for two vehicles. Great porch to people watch and views of the ocean and everything on the boardwalk. We even saw fireworks . Walking distance to everything and right on the boardwalk. The furniture needs updating and or cleaning. The kitchen was nice and moderately equipped for a family . It was very bright at night to sleep even with the window coverings and a bit noisy . Multiple lightbulbs need chAngled and one of the toilets ran constantly so we turned the water off but those are things that can be changed. Very nice stay

Belmont Towers Rock

The condo was beautiful, and well stocked. We had a front row seat to all of the activities on the beach. The king bed was very comfortable, but can't say the same for the other beds, That would be the only problem. That said, we had a wonderful time, and will certainly be back soon.

Lovely property.

Our stay was lovely. Since it rained so much, it was nice to have a large comfy place where our family could relax, play and stay in comfort.

Wonderful vacation!

Vantage has the best properties on the beach. Belmont Towers 301 was perfect for our family. We love being on the boardwalk - so close to restaurants, the amusement park, and shops. The condo is well-equipped and clean and comfortable.

Wonderful!

The condo is very tastefully decorated and beds were very comfortable. The view is 2nd to none! It was wonderful to sit on the deck in the evening and watch the people on the boardwalk and see all the lights at the amusement park. Our only disappointment was the weather, very cold the week we were there (5/21). I especially was impressed with the quick and efficient check in, we were able to get into our condo earlier than promised. The beach in Ocean City is the cleanest I have ever seen, the beach sweepers were out every night sifting the sand. The boardwalk was well patrolled and there was plenty to do within walking distance. My only complaint, and it may or may not be the fault of the condo owner, is there were no dish towels or dish cloths. Even with a dishwasher, some things need scrubbed first. I purchased the linen package, and there weren't any there either. Other than that, it was great, we will definitely keep it in mind for next time!
