Piscine fermée devant votre porte, plage, entrée, port de plaisance, pêche, location de bateaux, jet ski, shopping, spa, randonnée, vélo, nature, casinos, courses de chevaux, des go-carts, des arcades, des manèges, promenade, des restaurants, des bars, détente, regarder le soleil se lever et coucher du soleil. We had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed. The location was great. Dunkin was right by our condo which WA. s very convenient. A block away from the boardwalk. Joy was very responsive. The condo was so clean and spacious. We would definitely go back to stay.

Lovely condo

We needed another unit in this building when our large family decided to come to OC with us. This condo was beautiful, handy, so clean and Joy was truly a JOY to work with! We’d love to come back in the future!

The Perfect Condo!

My family and I had a fantastic time! The condo was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! The location was quiet and easy to walk to the bay and beach! The beds were so comfortable and the pull out couch was comfortable as well! We really enjoyed having the wagon to haul all our beach stuff back and forth too!

Beautiful place, fun location

We are a family of 8 with kids age 3-15. We decided to stay close to the boardwalk where the amusement park/inlet area is for the first time (the teens picked this year’s location). My honest review is this; The condo was perfect, super clean, well stocked and organized, quiet within(it’s so nice inside).The pool is right outside the front door too! We unfortunately were there during construction on the parking lot, which was no one’s fault, but did heavily impacts our time. As it was where the Main bedroom/balcony is located. So we were not able to enjoy the view for that reason. We loved having the freedom of letting our older kids walk to the boardwalk unattended due to proximity. There’s a Dunkin and several breakfasts diners right outside the doors. We had dinner on the inlet, again walking distance. And of course we were right by the beach for easy access during the day. The ONLY negative mention I would say is this is definitely a “young adult” area of OCMD. A lot of what appeared to be college age people which led to loudness/partying at night. Which is just not ideal for our family. We went on vacation in Mid June, so this could be different during other parts of the summer. Altogether we really did love the condo and amenities, this location was just too busy for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t mind the noise or busyness of the location. And again maybe it’s different during other times. Great place with parking and so much space!

Wonderful property in Great Location

This property was beautiful and very clean. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen had all of the necessary equipment to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable! Joy was a pleasure to work with. The condo is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful family vacation! 10/10

Great place for families when in Ocean City!

We stayed at this condo for 9 nights and had a great time. The community pool is right outside of the unit, it is secure with a code to go up the elevator. We loved that the beach was a 3 minute walk. Joy was a great host. She sent me her information a few days ahead of our stay. The unit was clean, linens,towels, pots, etc. are all available to use at the unit. We also really liked all the extras for the beach, umbrella, shelter and wagon. Definitely recommend this host and property.

We found our new favorite spot to stay. The condo was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we needed and more. Joy was fantastic to work with. The location is superb. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Great condo & location

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in OC! The location was ideal for our family with 4 teenage boys. The condo was spacious, very clean, convenient to everything and had everything we needed during our stay. We couldn’t believe all the extras that were provided by the hosts…beach towels, sand toys, pool floats, etc. Communication with the host was easy and they have a knack for details. You can tell they take pride in their beach home and we were very comfortable. Everything you need for fixing meals is provided in the kitchen, and I love staying somewhere that provides spices, coffee filters, cooking spray…the little things you sometimes forget to get at the grocery store. We enjoyed the pool right outside our front door and having two parking spots in the heart of downtown was awesome. We were close to the beach, bay, shops, restaurants, rides, games and attractions. Noise wasn’t a problem. I highly recommend and would happily stay here again. We had a blast!

Condo 1 block from beach

Beautiful, clean , comfortable property…. felt like home. Everything you could need was there. We ALL loved our stay. Totally enjoyed just relaxing by the pool. We had a family of 6 adults and 2 kids, sleeping arrangements were perfect. Totally may rebook for next year. Our hosts were easy to reach with any questions.

fantastic location

The apartment is situated 3 minutes away- on foot - from the end of the board walk. So it's right in the center. Sometimes you can hear at night a loud car or young people having fun outside but I am a light sleeper and it really didn't disturb us at all. The apartment was very clean and very, very nicely decorated. I have seen many rental places in Florida but this has been by far the cleanest kitchen I have experienced so far. I can highl recommend this apartment. And the pool is right outside of your door.

This place has it all!

This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath, fully equipped condo is situated about a three minute walk to the boardwalk. This condo sits on the first floor and has immediate access to the pool. Parking for this condo is immediately below the unit. All in all, one of the nicest, most comfortable places I have ever stayed at. Thank you for a top tier experience!

Fantastic!

We have been bringing our family to OC, MD every year for the past 25 years, and this was unanimously voted our favorite rental hands down. The pictures don’t do it justice. Clean, comfortable, everything you need and things we didn’t realize we needed were available ! The gated pool was right outside the door, every bedroom had its own little deck, and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and into town! Joy was very responsive , easy to contact and very helpful. We used to enjoy staying at different condos to experience different parts of OC, but have decided this will be our family vacation spot in OC every year now😊

Exceptional stay!

My family and I could not have been more pleased with our stay at Bel Mare Unit 104. It's a spacious, well appointed condo in a terrific location. Everything was as described (if not better). Owner was very communicative with check in/check out process and other property information. We look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely wonderful

I have all good things, absolutely no bad things to say. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. The owners truly care about their guests, made a point to share all contact information with me and explained the entire rental process in detail for a smooth stay. The condo is fully equipped with nearly everything you need, even a Brita water pitcher. I would absolutely rent again. Thank you!
