The house is located in a peripheral area, with a hill view. It is harmoniously integrated in a complex built in 2008, consisting of eight terraced, detached houses with typical local exterior finishes.
Arranged on two levels, ideal for 3 persons, not suitable for children and non-self-sufficient handicapped persons.
On the ground floor there is a complete kitchen with electric oven and gas cooker, crockery and cookware for four people, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator, a living/dining room with table, sofa, pellet stove, satellite TV; an ante-bathroom with washing machine, a service bathroom with washbasin and toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a large double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and satellite TV, a cot for a baby can be placed on request; a small single bedroom with terrace, satellite TV; a bathroom complete with washbasin, shower cubicle, toilet and bidet.
The house has, on the ground floor, a large covered veranda facing directly onto the garden, with table and chairs for eating meals outside.
An equipped rear patio, barbecue and outdoor shower. An uncovered, reserved, free car park.
The property is accessed from the main street via an alley with low local traffic, making it a quiet and peaceful accommodation.
The beaches of Sant'Anna, Porto Ainu, Riviera di Budoni and Baia Sant'Anna/Pontittu Ruiu, are about 2 km away and can be reached by car with the possibility of public parking and on foot, walking through the village, or by taking advantage of the municipal shuttle service (bus stop 100 m from the house) that connects the villages with all the beaches. Pine-wooded coastal strip rich in ponds, suitable for walking and horse riding. The village of Tanaunella has supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pizzerias and a pharmacy. About 4 km from the residence is the centre of Budoni, which offers all the primary services, tourist doctor, banks, post office, electric car charging station, travel agencies, evening walk with various cultural events. A marina 7 km away in Ottiolu, with clubs and disco bars for nightlife lovers. About 8 km away is the medieval village of Posada with the Fava Castle and the river park. At 12 km TorpĂš with the archaeological area of San Pietro and the Tepilora Park with its scenic areas, lake and paths for trekking and mountain biking.
The location of the house is perfect for visiting, driving along the scenic SS 125 or the four-lane highway, the magnificent Gulf of Orosei to the south and the famous Costa Smeralda to the north, not forgetting a detour into the interior of the island, just under an hour's drive, in the fascinating and mysterious Barbagia.
