Situated on the shores of beautiful Lake Anna, this private waterfront retreat is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. It offers the ultimate waterfront experience, with over 300 feet of lakefront, and boasting panoramic lake views from nearly every room. Being on the private side of the lake, you will appreciate the convenience of being near the Elk Creek Country Store, where watercraft fuel, ice, and food are available. Take your boat out on the lake for leisurely rides when you utilize the community boat ramp or use the kayaks on the private dock. The huge backyard features a scenic deck, a stone fire pit, and a gazebo which makes it perfect for entertaining, playing yard games, or relaxing with family and friends. When you want to explore the surrounding area, check out Lake Anna State Park, Lake Anna Winery, or one of the local breweries and restaurants.

Inside, sprawl out in more than 3,400 square feet of comfortable living. Cook in one of two modern kitchens, which boast ample storage and counter space and a suite of stainless steel appliances. There is also a media room on the main floor with books, TV, and plenty of DVDs. In addition, you can find space downstairs for TV viewing. Get comfy in the living area with your vacation read or converse near the gas fireplace.

This house was just as beautiful as advertised. Everything we needed was included. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed our stay and are already planning to come back!

Had a really great time at Viewtopia. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pan, coffee mugs, glasses, dishes, etc. The fire pit by the lake was amazing and we used it each night. Lots of space inside and outside for family members to sit and talk, play games, and relax. House was clean and any questions we had were answered promptly. Use of the kayaks was certainly a great amenity! Would rent again in the future.

This is a beautiful home that is set up for multiple ages. The downstairs was the "kid zone" with a mini kitchen, bunk room, TV room and games galore. The upstairs main living area was comfortable; perfect for quiet time and conversation. The kitchen was large and very well stocked. Then, there was a separate TV room, so you weren't assaulted by TV noise and a sunroom where we played games The dining table twas huge and seated everyone. Finally, there was a roomy pantry in the laundry room.That was just the inside! Outside, was a firepit, dock, kayaks, outdoor games and life vests. They thought of everything necessary for a wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, clean, and very tastefully decorated home. The views of the lake are spectacular! The weather was even warm enough for us to enjoy the conveniently located kayaks by the lake.

Loved our stay!

This house is beautiful and the setting right on Lake Anna is spectacular. Beautifully furnished inside and outside and kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, etc. All rooms very clean! Would rent again!

Amazing View, Great House

Our group had an amazing time at this house. We've done several trips together and this was our favorite house so far. The view of the lake is beautiful and the house had everything we needed and then some.

We could not have asked for a better setting. The house and the location were great, but the view was was spectacular! Enjoyed the fire pit area next to the water the most!

Wonderful Property

We had such a fantastic stay at Viewtopia! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The property is gorgeous - a huge backyard with incredible lake views, not to mention a spacious deck, gazebo, and fire pit. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful

Our family enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful property. It has great amenities and great spaces. There was plenty of room for us to be together as well as separate spaces if people needed some down time during the day. Lovely!

Beautiful location but the lake's too hot at the end of July.

This is a very nice home with good spaces and lots of room. Unfortunately, during our stay the lake was 104 at the dock. That's good for a hot tub, but not refreshing on hot days which we had lots of.

Amazing view

Wow, the view is amazing. Our family enjoyed a very relaxing peaceful few days together. The lake home has everything you need. We loved it. Short walk to country store for ice cream.

Wonderful Vacation!

This home has a beautiful view of the lake. The walk to the dock is fairly flat which allowed our elderly mothers to go out for boat rides. This home was warm and inviting. We enjoyed having the large dining area for meals as well as card games. We will definitely consider coming back!

Relaxing Family Vacation

A family vacation that doesn’t break the bank! Our family had such a fun and relaxing time at this house. There was plenty of space for everyone and the outside amenities were perfect. The water was quite warm but evening swims were so perfect and enjoyable after dinner. We also enjoyed sunset kayak rides, playing corn hole under the shaded trees, s’mores by the fire pit, and all the yard games. We would definitely vacation here again!

Beautiful lake view

This location is gorgeous. It was very pleasant to look out on the lake at all times of the day. I went in September and the water was still warm. We took the kayaks out and enjoyed the lake. The outside dinning table was very nice and comfortable. My wife and I spent some evening time out at the gazebo and really enjoyed it. We plan on returning next year with our kids families.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful home. Great lake views from most rooms. And outside was very enjoyable. Our only issue was the BBQ seems old and only half of the burners would light. Not good for searing steaks. The second night I removed the grates and cleaned off the individual ignition tube contacts. That fox it. But I recommend the BBQ get refreshed to fully working. But great all in all.

Wow factor on full display

The wow factor is on full display at Viewtopia! Amazing location and truly spectacular lake view with all the amenities you need and want in a lake house getaway. I visited with friends over a long weekend and we loved every minute. We especially enjoyed kayaking, lawn games, visiting local wineries and sitting around the beautiful fire pit at night. The layout of the house is perfectly suited for families-great kids room!-or a weekend with friends, and the walkout lower level with separate kitchen is an added bonus. Viewtopia is a true gem at Lake Anna and we look forward to returning.

No "Whining" Just "Wining"and Dining

We all LOVED Lake Anna. There were many things to see and do. We particularly enjoyed all the wineries and wine tasting; plus, we loved the Boat Ride on the Orange Troller. Capt. Ellis was a great captain and tour guide. Also, some wonderful restaurants. It just felt good to relax and enjoy our surroundings. While we were there we saw Elon Musk's Starlink Satellite Train in the night sky. THAT was real treat. The house was perfect for us...particularly the views....spectacular!!

We had a good stay house was equipped with everything needed, only downfall with a family of 12 staying was trash there were only 2 smaller trash cans and with a family as big as ours and eating 3 meals a day there was just not enough room for all the trash I believe this property just needs trash pickup each day of the stay, another downfall was not being able to use garbage disposal especially with any left over food.all in all we had a good stay.
