Summary:

Panoramic ocean views greet you from the moment you walk through the door. Your deck is a front-row seat to the Pacific. Room for 6 in this 3-bedroom home. Just a 12-minute walk to the heated community pool. Trails, tidepools, and two heated community pools -- all within reach. The rhythm of the waves sets the pace here -- unhurried mornings, lingering sunsets, deep sleep. Winter storms put on a show from the safety of the living room -- nature's own theater.

Guest Access:

The entire home is yours to enjoy -- make yourself at home from the moment you arrive. Driveway parking is available at the property. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.



The Neighborhood:

Shared pools and tennis courts at three rec centers provide more opportunities for fun, and golf is also available on-site at the Sea Ranch Golf Links. Gualala is a quick 10-minute drive south for groceries, dining, and fuel. For a scenic outing, Jenner and Bodega Bay are further down Highway 1.



Getting Around:

The drive from San Francisco is approximately 2.5 hours via Highway 101 to Highway 1. Fly into Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa, about 1.5 hours east, and rent a car. The Highway 1 drive along the coast is spectacular and worth building into your travel day.

Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times.



Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast.



Keep your eyes on the horizon from December to April -- gray whales migrate just offshore, and this property has a front-row seat. Visit in spring and the meadows explode with wildflowers. April through June is peak bloom season along the Sonoma Coast. The warmest months are June through September. Expect coastal fog most mornings that gives way to sunny afternoons.



Cell service can be spotty along the coast. The home has WiFi for staying connected.

Great Location

Great location at North end of Sea Ranch and close to town. Perfect for some quiet time away with areas to walk and get out. Separate work area is great for those who have to do some work while there.

This house is exactly what it appears to be in the pictures and is an excellent, beautiful place to stay. If you want a place at Sea Ranch, it would be very hard to do better. Loved it!

Fabulous Time at Sea Ranch

The location is fantastic with beautiful ocean views and easy access to cliff trails. The property is spacious and sparkling clean with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding. It is close to Gualala and offers everything one could ask for to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing get away in Sea Ranch!!

Welcoming, cozy, peaceful

This was a beautiful and well-equipped house with access to miles of bluff trails, perfect for my family of 5 adults. We enjoyed the warmth and ambiance of the wood stove, the flow and openness of the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The windowseats were comfy with great views. The amenities were complete and up to date. If we needed help, the response was quick and effective. Thanks for a great experience!

A perfect spot!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was perfect for two couples with one small child each. We especially loved how much safe space there was for the kids to run around and play, the stunning ocean views, and how easy it was to get on the bluff trail (it's right out the back door!) The kitchen was well appointed and everything worked great. We'd definitely come back!

Lovely Sea Ranch House

Perfect place for a family vacation. We biked, hiked and played tennis. We also h wound and enjoyed a beautiful view. The only issue was 4 pm check in is absurdly late when check out is 10 am. The cleaning crew was there right until 4 pm!

Love The Sea Ranch - Love this house

The views are spectacular, the location more than convenient. Toto House is nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything we could have wanted and the beds more than comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have more than 2 deck chairs for a home for 6 guests. We will be back.

Great, comfortable house, nice location

A great house for a Sea Ranch vacation. Close to the golf course and Gualala, with a nice meadow location with some ocean views. Close to many trails, and easy to get to the various beaches. The house has some toys/games for young children and the sunken living room made for a great play area. Working with Vacasa was not ideal, but that is not the owner's fault.

The home is lovely.

We like the house very much..we .love the location and we're appreciative of how responsive Vacasa was. The house does not have central heating but the wood burning stove is very efficient and the small electric heaters that the owners have placed in every room keep the house toasty.

Perfect getaway for our family

The home is a little older but has all the right upgrades - cozy custom cushions in the living room, new plush carpet. Definitely a place for cooks: we loved the commercial range in the kitchen which let us whip up 8 burgers in one go for the family, and I've never seen sharper knives in a rental home. No bug screens on windows means the occasional insect flying around, but also that you get great unobstructed views of the meadow and the ocean beyond. Comfortable beds, white towels, and A+ on cleanliness.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed the view of the ocean across the meadow. The layout of the house was very nice. There was only the two of us, but the house would be great for a family or two couples. The master bedroom is on one side of the house and there are two additional bedrooms on the other side of the house with the common living area in the center. The kitchen had everything that we needed.

Lovely House

This house is a perfect Sea Ranch House: the design is great; the house was clean and well-stocked with essentials; the views of the ocean and meadow are beautiful. At first we were concerned that it didn't have central heating but the wood burning fireplace heats the whole house in a very short time and the hosts provide small space heaters just in case they are necessary.

This house is special as it has a lovely ocean view and two bedrooms with ocean views. The kitchen is large and functional and well supplied. The living room couches are built in and not comfortable for more than one person (too long and complicated to explain why). Lovely deck to sit and enjoy the sunset. We would definitely stay again

I love this home

I had a really beautiful weekend at Toto House with some dear friends. I have so much admiration + respect for Sea Ranch. It feels so special to be a guest there. The views were amazing... the house was comfortable, lovely outdoor deck. We really loved making elaborate meals in the kitchen thanks to the commercial range (check the binder for instructions if you've never used a range before!!). I would totally rent this house again. It was hard to leave after just two nights!
