From the kitchen to the deck, everything in this home is at your disposal. This home welcomes up to 2 dogs -- the yard and nearby trails are ready for your pup. Parking is available in the garage. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.

This home is located in The Sea Ranch on the Sonoma Coast, a masterfully planned community known for its dramatic coastline, meadows, and forest trails. Nearby highlights include community heated pool and hot tub (South) (3-minute drive), Pebble Beach access trail (3-minute drive), Black Point headland trails (4-minute drive). The community features miles of bluff-top and forest trails, tidepools, two heated community pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and The Sea Ranch Lodge with its restaurant, lounge and café. For provisions, Gualala (10 minutes south) has grocery stores, restaurants, and a gas station. Jenner and Bodega Bay are scenic drives south.
Getting Around:
Drive a scenic eight miles north on Highway 1 to enjoy Sea Ranch Golf Links with its local Scottish-style golf course. Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is the nearest airport, about 1.5 hours east. A car is essential for exploring the area.

Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times.
Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast.
December through April is whale season. You may spot gray whales breaching right from the bluff trail nearby. Wildflower season (April-June) transforms the coastal bluffs into a tapestry of color -- worth an extra walk on the trails. Summer offers long days and warm afternoons, though the iconic Sonoma Coast fog often rolls in at sunrise and clears by noon.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome. Please keep dogs on leash on trails and clean up after them.
Cell service can be spotty along the coast. The home has WiFi for staying connected.
