• The casita is located on the lower level of the owner’s home, but it has a completely separate and private entrance, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
• The owner has dogs in the main house, so you may occasionally hear some barking. Rest assured, the main house is fully fenced, and the dogs do not have access to the casita area. Also, this casita itself is not fenced, so if you’re bringing pets, we recommend keeping them supervised.
• There is a fire pit on the property; however, its use is not permitted due to local fire safety regulations and wildfire risk.
• For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with Ring security cameras located at the front door, above the driveway, and above the stairs facing outward over the carport and main driveway. All cameras are exterior-facing only and are in place to help ensure a safe and secure stay for all guests.
•Delivery Instructions: Deliveries are welcome! To ensure smooth drop-offs, please leave clear instructions for drivers regarding the location of the casita door. This helps packages reach you quickly and safely.
•Parking Information: Please note that the carport is reserved for the owners. You are welcome to use our spacious driveway, which offers plenty of room for multiple vehicles. Parking is convenient, safe, and easy to access during your stay.

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the neighborhood and keep the noise volumes down, especially after 10PM.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Please be aware of the 5% deduction that will cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate entire date alteration requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you. Thank you very much for your understanding.

- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Pet lovers, we welcome up to 2 small furry friends for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 2 dogs, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
