548 Campbell street is a 700 square foot, two bedroom, one bathroom, home centrally located in Prescott, Arizona. You will be a short (10-15 minutes) walking distance from historic downtown Prescott and a short drive to grocery stores and outdoor activities. The kitchen offers many appliances as well as basic cookware, utensils, etc. Heating and cooling via mini-split, space heaters, and fans in each bedroom.
In town for my daughterâs softball tournament and this house was great. Quiet neighborhood very close to everything. House had plenty of room and very clean. It was very comfortable setting. Would recommend!
My son and I were in town for a mountain bike race. We needed a clean and secure place to sleep and clean up. Itâs perfect for two adults or a couple with a child or two.
Best stay I ever had. Dewey was a great host, very friendly and informative. He has done a marvelous job with the property. The enhancements he has made are incredible. New paint, wood trimming throughout, new appliances, tankless water heater, beautiful flooring, upgraded bedding and more. I would like to go back again. And it is a quiet neighborhood, very close to everything in Prescott but in a family kind of neighborhood. I felt very safe and comfortable. Thanks for everything Dewey!
This beautifully appointed, clean, two-bedroom with nice and new amenities is marvelous for a business traveller. On a very quiet street, centrally located, and with great features for both day or nighttime sleeping, this is a place I'm looking forward to returning to.
My name is Dewey and I've lived right here on Campbell street for almost 42 years. My father grew up across the street from 548 and I've lived just a few houses down almost all my life. I certainly know my way around Prescott and the surrounding areas. I hope you enjoy your time in Prescott!
Campbell street is located in the Dameron Park neighborhood which is right in the heart of Prescott. From my location you can easily walk downtown or take a short drive and be in the Prescott National Forest which offers endless outdoor recreation possibilities.
