Our stay here was perfect. We traveled to see our son graduate A school. The room was exactly as listed. Cozy and within driving distance to the base. There are several restaurants and food trucks in the area. If I needed anything the host was always available. Would stay here again.

Pros: Clean property and very communicative host. Central location in San Antonio with easy access to highways to get to where you need to be. Short distance from local coffee shops, eateries, and Central Market is down the road. Cons: VERY thin walls. Property is within a small apartment complex and you can hear everything. Obviously this is out of the owner's control but just something to be aware of. Also, listing says there is a washer and dryer but there is not one on-site. Overall, still a good option if you're looking for somewhere to stay within SA.

We were very happy with the location. Very close to everything we needed to be. The Room pictures were 100% as the room was, very spa and very clean. The check in process looked seamless but the house number I was given was 214 and the actual number was 218 and Room #3. So unfortunately I woke up a neighbor at 1:30 AM. The bed was nice and comfortable and we slept well the first night. The Air Conditioner worked great especially since it was near 101 the day we arrived. It was set on 71 degrees and the room was so nice. The next day we started cooking breakfast and it was great to have a nice size kitchen with all the pots pans and silverware we needed. Unfortunately the light on the stove was out, but we made do. The garage disposal doesn’t work so the kitchen sink was backing up and left an ugly mess in the sink after it drained. The bathroom shower is way too small for tall people and normal sized people can’t hardly turn around in the shower. An add on handle sprayer nozzle would help with rising off. The toilet backed up the first day and didn’t flush well. The seat needs to be tightened. My biggest complaint is they expected me to be at the room to meet the maintenance person. We were not available all four days and I had two small dogs and didn’t want anyone in the room to avoid the possibility of them getting out. My next complaint is I asked for towels and wash clothes on day two and didn’t hear back or receive them, and the cars parked in the driveway wrong.

Accurate description and clean! A few things to keep an eye out for: the shower was so small and the shower head is hard to adjust, so the water mostly hits the door, and the AC is very very loud. Other than that, pretty much pay for what you get!

We had an amazing time here, we were able to enjoy cooking in the kitchen with tons of space and a gas stove. It’s the perfect location and close to the pearl mall. Would recommend this to anyone who enjoys cooking and enjoys the convenience of being close to the base.

One of the things I love most about 1414 Natalie Avenue is its incredible location. You’re in the heart of what many people call Midtown, just one block from Broadway and only minutes from some of San Antonio’s best attractions.

The Witte Museum is just a few minutes away, along with Brackenridge Park, the Japanese Tea Garden, the San Antonio Botanical Garden, and the San Antonio Zoo.

You’re also only about five minutes from the Pearl District, where you’ll find incredible restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping, Pullman Market, and access to the beautiful Museum Reach of the River Walk.

If you’re looking for nightlife, you’re just minutes from the St. Mary’s Strip, the Grayson Street area, and all the bars and restaurants along Broadway.

This is truly one of the best locations in San Antonio. Whether you’re here to explore the city, enjoy great food, or experience the local culture, you’re just minutes from everything while still staying in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood.
