Great Location

WE had a wonderful stay here. Property works great for families and has all that we needed. There is some road noise, which made sleeping for some hard, but overall, a really great place to stay in Kaanapali. We hope to come back again!

Beautiful views

Lovely property, beautiful views of the ocean. Large kitchen for cooking. Only complaint was that the bathroom tiles were dangerously slippery when wet - my mom slipped in the bathroom and broke her wrist :(. Other than that, the house was well appointed w beach towels, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrella, etc. Really lovely location surrounded by plumeria trees.

Excellent location & well stocked kitchen.

Kahekii Beach Park was just down the hill - an easy walk. After visiting other beaches, we found this one to be the favorite with great snorkeling just offshore. Early morning and evening walks along the golf course were also a plus. Being a family of cooks, we were pleased that the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make all of our meals. Great views too! Enjoyed every evening sitting on the balcony eating dinner while watching the whales at sunset. Washer & dryer and beach gear was also a bonus. Looking forward to staying again on our next visit.

Great location

Location of property was fantastic with just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The condo was spacious enough for our family of 8 adults and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals at home. Beach chairs, umbrellas & cooler in the condo were appreciated! Lanai's were a little small but we were able to make it work. Pool was smaller than expected however we spent most of our time at the beach so no issue.

Maui 2023

We live in Oregon and we were joined by our adult children and their partners who live in CA and also by my brother and his wife from the UK. Property was in a great location with views and a 10 minute walk to a great snorkeling beach. Plus, Lahaina is a short drive away for everything you need. Snorkel shop in the close by plaza are brilliant and all guests should go there. Kitchen had everything you need and all bedrooms were excellent. Location is very quiet too but watch crossing the main road going to the beach, red lights seem to mean something different in HI! Overall a great vacation. Thank you

Plus: Size of the property was perfect for us (5 people). Location was great. Overall cleanliness was good, except for the pots/pans. Minuses: ants are active! Air conditioner in the master bedroom is loud. Shower door in master bedroom is broken. Curtains in living room are difficult to close/open. No broom. No chairs/cooler. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Ants were not found within the condo. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, cooler and a broom were located within the closet for your use during your stay. After hearing your feedback, we have labeled the closet to ensure all future guests know where to look for these items. Great value and location

We booked this last minute and everything went as expected. Easy check in. Master king size bed en-suite with deck. 2 other bedrooms one full one Queen with a hall bath. My granddaughters would have preferred two beds instead of sharing a full. Additional 1/2 bath downstairs. Unit is a little tired with original kitchen, shag type carpeting upstairs and in the bedrooms. All Individual A/C units which we barely used. But all in all a fantastic location with a beach within walking distance. Very quiet except for occasional traffic noise. As stated great value for the buck.

Amazing Property and Location!

Lahaina is pur go to spot and this condo didnt disappoint!! Pics do not do it justice! Bathrooms have been updated since listing pics. Easy to find and close to everything we wanted to do! Every room was nice and cool with the ac units, never haf an issue. Beds were all super comfy and everyone slept very well. Just suggest sound bars for the tvs as the ac's make the tvs hard to hear. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. All beach stuff was perfect for our family. But the views?? Amazing! Like I said, pics do not do this condo justice. Entire property is well maintained and very lush. 100% would stay here again! Only heads up is slider is very hard to open and heavy. Just be careful shutting as it tends to slam. 5 Stars all the way around!!!

Spacious Spot Off the Beaten Path

The unit was easy to find and had everything we needed. It was a quick drive to plenty of beaches. The view was very nice, especially in the mornings. The kitchen was updated and the beds were comfortable. My only (small) complaint was the A/C. We opened the patio doors and front door when the winds were blowing, and in the evening it did a great job cooling the downstairs. But there didn't seem to be a way to get the upstairs bedrooms cool without running the window units so we had to close up everything downstairs and run all the units to get the condo cooled down to a reasonable temperature for sleeping. All the A/C units did work well, though, I just wish there were screens on the upstairs windows so we could have had a breeze blowing through the bedrooms. Mainlander problems! When you're used to central air it's a bit of an adjustment.

Great location

We enjoyed the property very much, especially the location to airport beach access. The lanai had a very nice view. The beds were comfortable and I like that each bedroom had a larger bed instead of other properties we looked at that for the 3rd bedroom, which usually had either two twins or bunk, this was ideal for 3 couples. The number of bathrooms was also ideal. We also made use of the washer and dryer often. Only complaint was the dishwasher did not work properly so we were unable to use it. The shower door handle was missing so it was slightly difficult to open if you are shorter. We also noticed the blinds on the lanai are in need of replacing as they do not work well to raise and lower. And the one umbrella for the beach was broken, but we didn't check the other umbrella but we made use of the beach chairs. Suggestions would be to have ceiling fans in each bedroom but at least fans were available to use. It was a very enjoyable stay.

We have since replaced the dishwasher with a new one and our your other concerns were also addressed already, therefore, should no longer be an issued from this point onward. Three days stay

Everything was easy. Location, cleanliness and check in process. Building was outdated but pretty normal for Maui. Appliances and grill worked well. Rooms were good sized. Not big. But enough to sleep in. Didn’t plant to stay in the room too long anyway. 3 br and 3 bath. But only one bd has attached bathroom. That was a bummer. Description doesn’t quite show that. We were of six adults. Had only 3 shower towels and 2-3 small towels. I asked for some additional but never got them. I guess because they didn’t have onsite office and we stayed over the weekend. Still no complaints. Location was super good. You could literally walk up to the beach in 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.

Good location and OK condo with minor inconveniences

This is an OK place with a few minor inconveniences - none of the inconveniences would prevent me from booking the condo again at the right price. I will caution those who have a high reliance on Internet uptime and/or are traveling with kids. The condo views are nice - obviously obstructed by other condos and some of the farther away hotels on the ocean. Regardless, you'll still have a terrific view and enjoy the condo! The downstairs can feel a bit cramped when you have 4 adults and 2 kids at the same time, not a deal breaker, but, not ideal. Mostly older folks where at the pool and expect quietness (lots of pool rules) so taking kids (obviously not quite) may draw dirty looks from some of the older condo owners as it did for us. Also, bizarrely, you need a key to enter AND exit the pool - so people don't bother getting up and unlocking the gate from the inside to let others in. The sliding doors for the porches need addressed as they're hard to open/close and are loud. You can't turn on the dining room light without the fan going - a minor inconvenience and there is enough alternative lighting sources to overcome this. The Internet regularly disconnected every 15 minutes or so, for about 10-30 seconds each time. An updated modem may fix this. I found myself restarting the modem multiple times per day before giving up and just waiting. The A/C units in the three bedrooms work well and there's an A/C in the kitchen which can be a bit loud - you can always run it when you're not there and turn it off when you are there. If you're traveling to Maui, this is a good location with some minor drawbacks.
