The place was beautiful and very clean. Air conditioning was great. Kitchen and beach equipment was well stocked. For those with toddlers, the host was able to set up either a small mattress or pack and play. Host was very helpful at all times. We used the grill, and it work great. The area was close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing location! We were there during the Kona storm and couldn't enjoy the beach but location was great even without beach weather. Super clean home with attention to detail and nice that there was off street parking in the garage under the unit.

It was an amazing stay and experience! The property was fantastic. It was clean, easy to use, easy access to the beach and coffee shop, easy access to Kapalua…just everything we wanted and more.

The property is a great location. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Excellent beach amenities (chairs/towels/boogie boards/umbrellas. One downside - no pool in the complex. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Communication with host was excellent - text responses very timely.Downside: Internet access was slow at times, especially upstairs. Challenges with BBQ - didn't seem to heat up all the way.Overall - we had a great stay and will consider staying here again.

There were some temporary service disruptions in the area following the recent Kona storm, which affected connectivity at times. We are currently upgrading our internet service to ensure a faster and more consistent experience throughout the home, including upstairs. As for the BBQ, we provide clear, step-by-step instructions in the guest guidelines, including the proper sequence for lighting the burners to ensure it heats quickly (typically within about 5 minutes). During your stay, we also responded and directed you to these instructions. When used as outlined, the BBQ functions properly, and we have not had ongoing issues reported. Thank you again for your stay—we appreciate your feedback and would be happy to host you again in the future.

Winter break at Napili

Great overall property, clean as can be, great VRBO host, and very convenient to a great beach for kids and families. Very developed part of Maui but close to less developed areas up north, and absolutely beautiful. Would stay there again for sure.

Great location with all the amenities one would need.

Our family enjoyed our vacation and loved being so close to the beach. The property was well stocked with everything from a full kitchen to the beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel and masks. The owner was very easy to communicate with when we had questions.

Great Location, Great Property, Great Time (G3)

The property was extremely clean, great location and steps away from several beaches, great restaurants and a perfect location for the Sentry Golf tournament. We were personally met, and shown how easy the access to the beaches (literally walked us) to take out any fear of the unknown.

Wonderful host, Wonderful home!! Clean and spacious and right across the street from our favorite beach on Napili Bay. Ryka's home had everything we needed for a comfortable, beautiful family vacation. Counting down the days til we can return!
