This holiday home is situated in a privileged location on the seafront, next to the coast in the Arguineguín ravine in the southwest of Gran Canaria. Thanks to the new promenade that runs alongside the resort, which links the two seaside districts of El Pajar and Arguineguín, you can enjoy the wonderful beaches of the surrounding area, Playa de Santa Águeda, Las Marañuelas and Playa de Arguineguín, in a matter of minutes.Discover this peaceful retreat in one of the sunniest spots in Europe. Beautiful views of the endless blue sea, a taste of the local gastronomy and a unique sunset to end a dream day.
The holiday home Luxurious, newly built holiday home of 80m² with air-conditioning, free wifi, safe (free), SAT TV and a large furnished terrace with table, chairs and daybed. The holiday home has two bedrooms with 2 beds (90 x 200cm) each, a complete bathroom with shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, amenities, bathrobes, a living room with sofa-bed (2x80x200cm), TV, air-conditioning and a beautiful kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob (4 cooking zones), dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, electric juicer and egg cooker. There is also a washing machine and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.
The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, parasol, a colourful daybed and is surrounded by greenery, giving you the privacy you are looking for. You will be able to use the communal infinity pool which is located at the top of the holiday home.
The property is located within the Resort Cordial Santa Águeda and you will pick up your key at the reception desk.During your stay you can enjoy a large solarium with umbrellas, sunbeds and daybeds with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean (accessible by stairs or lift).
