The 3rd floor has an expansion loft with two queen futons, a 65” HD Smart TV and a workstation that includes a sink and a water filtration system that is convenient for those residing on that floor. Both are perfect for movie nights after a day in the sun.

The home also features a fully stocked main kitchen plus a second kitchenette (with an additional refrigerator) and drinking water filtration systems, along with indoor dining seating for up to 18 guests, making group meals and gatherings effortless. The main kitchen on the 2nd floor comes complete with both a K-cup and a regular coffee maker (total of three, one on each floor for your convenience), wet bar, additional icemaker, beverage fridge, dual zone-wine cooler, two microwaves and is fully stocked with wine, martini, and pint glasses. -This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups.
-The house is on the end of a block; hence it has numerous windows, providing a lot of nature light, great cross breeze ventilation and comes loaded with ceiling and floor fans.
-The home has a central heating system for the winter and does not have air conditioning.
-Beach Gear Galore! Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, sand boards beach blankets, cooler, boogie boards and scuba gear with a Wheeleez beach cart for easy transport
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
