Very clean home with plenty of room for everyone. Clean kitchen, plenty of cleaning supplies. Hot water for all the girls that were with me. The beach is very nice not littered with trash. The bay is also nice. Easy walking distance to both.

For our large family reunion this rental was super. More than enough space for everyone and we did not feel crowded. The location is excellent within walking distance of the beach and the bay and multiple restaurants. The rental staff were superb.

Great location. Lots of beach stuff to use. Kitchen was very functional The whole place was clean and ready to go. The management company was extra especially responsive, which was nice. We would stay there again. If there was a knock, parking (for four cars) was very tight for anything other than a small compact or small SUV.

Great for families and friends

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and Belmont Park. We had 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids) and the house worked great. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own space to hang out. The adults enjoyed the private bedrooms and private rooftop deck. Highly recommend for this spot for large groups!

Perfect vacation for my family

The property was perfect to accommodate our large extended family. Everyone had a spacious bedroom and bath. The kids enjoyed the triple bunk beds. It's the perfect location for catching the waves on the ocean side, and paddleboarding and kayaking on the bay side. The house was very clean and updated and the management was responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back next year!

Great location in Mission Beach

The bedroom/bathroom arrangement and location for this house worked out very well for our group of 8 adults. The living/dining/kitchen area was tight for our group since we wanted to spend our time all together (only seating for 6 at the dining table). This property is probably a better fit for families where the children can make use of the upstairs TV room. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful family reunion beach house

My family loved our week at this house. We had three generations at the house. Parents, three adult children and their spouses, and grandchildren. We comfortably had space for all families. The kitchen was a bit tight and hard when there were 8 adults wanting to make breakfast at the same time, but we were able to work it out. The property was very clean, but there is some wear and tear on the property walls and baseboards. There were plenty of chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and towels. This house is in the perfect location to walk to the beach and Belmont Park. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Spacious luxury

This house has everything you’ll need. The kitchen is fully stocked (and clean) with everything you need to bake, cook and grill. All appliances are clean and work wonderfully. Beach equipment, towels, toys, boogie boards, tent, umbrella and more! All linen and towels are clean and white (love that they’re white, ensures sanitation). The beds and sofas are all comfortable. The patio furniture is well kept. We also are so grateful for two garages! My only warning is for those traveling with disabilities or elderly. There’s no bedroom on the main level, so everyone must be able to climb stairs. The neighborhood is terrific and next to the best coffee cafe; and Belmont park. We will definitely be back- Thank you

Awesome Vacation Stay at the Beach

Perfect property for us, this included 7 of us, 2 children, their aunt, their parents and their grandparents. We had a great time! The house has plenty of room and gives great privacy if you want it and then it also has spaces to be together. Lots of large mounted flat screen TVs that work well if you need some down time. We were able to walk to the ocean, the bay and Belmont park all in one day, in fact back and forth many times a day, everything was very close and within walking distance....... even for the grandparents. The property is exceptionally clean, very well stocked with nicely appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, large fluffy towels and nice bed linens. They even had large beach towels, beach mats, several boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas and even a beach wagon for us to use. Not to mention the 3 car garage parking at the house, OMGosh, this is worth SO MUCH in this area, no driving around for hrs looking for parking. Plus there is a large balcony where you can view the city lights as well as Sea World fireworks. I would certainly recommend this home.

Good location! Great for the family! Every family had their own room and bathroom. The small living room worked great for younger kids and their games.Everybody loved how close we were to the beach.Provided plenty of beach equipment, toys, cover, towels etc.Don’t need to take any beach equipment. Suitable parking for all four of our vehicles. Biggest vehicle has to be on the carport, was tight, but fit.Laundry equipment is a plus.Would rent again!

Mission Beach House

The house is quite large. We comfortably slept 13. The two master suites were very spacious, especially the bathrooms. Most of the house space is bedrooms, meaning the shared family space is not very large. There are three tables that can each seat 6, but they are in different places (kitchen, outside patio, roof deck). So all in all, a great house with easy walking access to both the ocean and Bay beaches.Here's are some minor issues we found: The front-right burner of the stove does not work properly. The faucet on the third-floor master bath tub does not work well. The parking spaces are very tight, as indicated in the listing. It helps if you are adept at backing into small spots.

The property is ideal for large groups. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group size. The common areas like kitchen and living space were also suitable for our group size. The jetted tub in the master was not working.

Lovely Place

We were so happy with the rental property! We had enough parking for all 14 of us (five cars-four in the garages and one on the street), the house was clean and beautiful and roomy, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen was well appointed, and the location was great. We were close to the strand and beach, close to restaurants and the roller coaster (we didn't go there though), and not far from Liberty Station where we went for a paint and sip party. It was a lovely weekend and we would use it again!

Refreshing Stay Near the Beach

Great communication with property manager. Home was very clean and comfortable. Nice to have beach chairs, beach towels and toys. Short and easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the third-floor balcony/patio. Everyone thought their beds were comfortable with the exception of the second-floor bedroom (the one without windows). Even though the home is located on a busy road, the noise wasn't all that noticeable or bothersome. You need to bring whatever you may need in the kitchen. When we were there, it had a few spices, but no napkins, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Beautiful weather, wonderful stay.

Missing it already!!

We loved this home! We had several children, ranging from 3mos. to 13yrs and it worked for everyone! The older kids loved the bunk beds and the closets worked great for the pack n plays! The home was clean, very well equipped with everything we needed to cook, relax and play on the beach or just hangout. The communication was prompt and incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was just steps from the beach and the boatdwalk. We would absolutely come back!!

Great stay

We needed a big place for our group and this house fit us perfectly! If you want to be near the water, the location is excellent. Amazingly responsive property managers made sure every question was answered and every need met. Plenty of towels and extras were provided as well as very clear instructions which we appreciate. Great deck on top with lots of seating. Some of the finishes on the house are a bit worn but it’s clean, spacious, and comfortable. Note that there are many stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedrooms on one side of the house do not connect to rooms on the other side but the kitchen and living room are on the first floor. So if you are on one side, you need to walk down to 1st level to connect and go upstairs to the bedrooms on the other side. Not a problem for our group but if you had young children or anyone with mobility problems it could be a challenge.
