As you step into the main-floor living area, you'll immediately feel at home. Sink into the plush, contemporary sectional and catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV above the electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a beautiful backsplash, a charming breakfast bar, and every essential for your cooking needs. There's even a half-bathroom on this level for your convenience. French doors lead out to the patio, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy al-fresco meals with shaded seating and grill.

The second floor is divided into two sides. The west side features the first two bedrooms, including the luxurious primary suite with a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a beautiful bathroom with a lavish tub, a separate shower, double vanities, and frosted windows for natural light. The second bedroom on the west side has a queen bed and its own private bath. On the east side, you'll find a family room and two bedrooms. The family room is a cozy retreat with a comfortable couch, TV, and triple twin bunk bed - perfect for children! The third bedroom on the east side features a queen bed, while the fourth has a double bed. The adjacent bathroom is shared between both rooms.

The third floor features the last two bedrooms. The fifth is another primary suite with an identical layout to the one below, complete with a king bed, flatscreen TV, and luxurious bathroom. The sixth bedroom has a queen bed and a shared full bathroom across the hall. There's also a washer/dryer on this level for your convenience. Don't miss the lovely upper terrace with comfy outdoor furnishings, perfect for enjoying the ocean air and sunshine.

Conveniently situated only a short distance away from the well-known Mission Beach boardwalk that runs parallel to the Pacific Ocean. Upon stepping onto the beach, an array of activities awaits, including surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, sunbathing, and taking romantic walks along the shore. THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a nightly fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-Bunk Beds are meant for children only, please no adults.
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There is parking for 4 smaller cars; two in tandem garage (6'9 H x 8'0 W x 32'0 D each) and one in smaller secondary garage. There is an additional spot for 1 car in the covered carport. There is limited additional street parking 1-2 blocks away or island parking lots, a 7-8 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
