We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Get ready for a classic boardwalk experience; over five miles of waterfront promenade will allow you uncover unique shops and restaurants while taking in Belmont Park – an amusement park with historic rides like 1925's Giant Dipper Roller Coaster as well as other attractions such rock-climbing walls and bumper cars. Plus, Pacific Beach provides easy access to Sea World (just minutes away), The San Diego Zoo & Balboa Park (15-20 mins.), SAN airport, downtown - making it the ideal spot for exploring bustling city life!
