Belle 1 BR Condominium À Papakea Resort Maui

Aloha et bienvenue à notre maison au paradis! Papakea C105 est un 600 sq. Pied 1 chambre, vue sur le jardin condo qui est géré par son propriétaire. L'unité a été rénové avec goût en 2009 et "A" nominale. Notre unité rez de chaussée a une belle vue sur le jardin et à un jet de pierre de la piscine et une vaste zone herbeuse au salon et offrent une vue imprenable sur l'océan et l'ßle de Molokai.

Ce est l'endroit idéal pour profiter d'une journée de détente avec vue sur les baleines (en saison), les dauphins et tortues de mer. Une promenade à la station voisine offre une belle plage publique et à quelques minutes des célÚbres plages de Kaanapali. Il ya aussi une petite plage en face à marée basse, idéal pour la plongée et la marée piscines.

Juste à l'extérieur de notre terrasse arriÚre («véranda») est un putting green, barbecues au gaz, jacuzzi et piscine. Jouer au tennis sur les courts de tennis bien entretenus de Papakea Resort. Profitez des brises tropicales et couchers de soleil Maui tout en vous relaxant sur votre balcon privé. Vous comprendrez pourquoi Maui est souvent classé l'ßle n ° 1 dans le monde dans les magazines de voyage!

Papakea est un peu élevé, 4 complexe histoire sur 13 acres magnifique. Cette propriété a de merveilleux jardins et bassins tropicaux expansives. Les installations comprennent deux piscines, deux jacuzzis, 2 courts de tennis éclairés, deux jeux de galets, deux putting greens, 12 barbecues à gaz, des aires de pique-nique, un parking gratuit, WiFi gratuit l'accÚs Internet de tennis gratuit et un concierge qui peut organiser des activités insulaires: luaus, baleine regarder guidées en saison, voile, excursions de plongée, golf, vélo à le volcan, et bien plus encore.
Nouveau mobilier de salon comprend un canapé-lit.

Il ya un climatiseur de fenĂȘtre dans le salon et un ventilateur de plafond sont Ă  la fois dans le salon et la chambre Ă  coucher. Nous avons raquettes de tennis, des chaises de jardin, glaciĂšre et station d'accueil iPod / iPhone pour votre usage. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tous les nouveaux appareils modernes, vaisselle et ustensiles.

Great location, everything we needed!

The condo was great. Tons of amenities: towels, boogie boards, tennis rackets, etc! Loved the location at the north end of Kaanapali, short walk for groceries, food trucks, groovy bar with live music nightly. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

Great condo and location

The condo is very clean, newly updated, ocean view from outside. AC in living and bedroom. The owner, Gregg is very nice and easy to get a hold of. We will for sure be back :)

Perfect Stay

We enjoyed our stay in the well-maintained complex with plenty of activities. The condo was perfect for our family. The unit was clean and nicely redone with everything we needed for our stay. The unit was within walking distance of restaurants, groceries, and shops. The pool was heated and the grounds were very well maintained with tennis courts, pickle ball, putting green, shuffleboard and snorkeling steps from the condo. The sunsets and the whale watching were spectacular. Great stay!

Great location, about 10 min to downtown Lahaina, 3 min car (10 walking) to Kaanapali beach, 12 min to Napili Bay. Very charming apartment, nice decor. Steps to the ocean, literally less than one minute walking to see a beautiful view.

Beautiful ground floor unit

Gregg was very responsive/helpful upon check in. The unit was beautifully updated, well furnished and the king bed was comfortable. The unit is conveniently located right next to the ABC store for grocery items and parking spots for the condo. We have stayed at a few different Units at Papakea and we would return to this again! Thank you for the stay!

Great stay

Our first time to Maui, so many things to do, the property was well kept, clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach, pool, nearby restaurants. Nearby golf, snorkling and hikes. This is a group of buildings along the waterfront in a great area of the island. Hope to return again soon. I would book a second stay as my first preference. Parking lot is very tight and late night parking is challenging, most of the time we returned before nightfall.

Great stay at Papakea!

Everything was easy from start to finish. The Unit is in a great location on property and we enjoyed being on the first floor to access the grass outside the patio for the kids to run around. The pool is great and there is quick and easy beach access if you walk to the left of Papakea. The unit is well stocked, clean and comfortable! Thank you Greg and Debbie, we’ve never stayed in Lahaina, but would definitely come back!

Perfect location and cozy condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything we needed and was just a 10 minute drive to Lahaina. We went in February which is the perfect time to see whales, and we saw many from just out our front door at Papakea. We also walked a block up the road to the beach walkway that paralleled the beach all the way to Black Rock. The only issue was the bed. The mattress was worn out and did not provide much support.

Affordable condo with a view

All in all the condo was an excellent value although it could use a little TLC in places. There were a couple of holes in the walls and a loose base board. It worked perfect for our small family. We were very thankful to have the air conditioning too since it was a warmer than normal first couple of days. The resort itself is nice and quite beautiful but not necessary well suited for children. There are many rules for the grounds as well as the pool areas that we normally don’t have to deal with which is no fault of the owners. Even with all of this we would most likely rent the unit again in the future.

Beautiful place to call home for awhile!

We spent just over a week here, and it was amazing! The grounds are kept up impeccably and even though the units are older, the care and maintenance is top notch! We had our 11 year old daughter with us, and she loved the pool, shuffleboard, tennis, and my husband and I appreciated the fact that there were boogie boards, pool toys, and beach chairs! The condo is outfitted well with a perfect amount of supplies to cook, clean, and enjoy your stay! We barbecued 3 of the nights and cooked most other nights. The one drawback is that the tile floors and the bedroom carpet are ready for a steam cleaning, but that is to be expected with a beach condo. We also would have preferred to have a couple more pillows in the master bedroom, a few more dish towels for the kitchen and hand towels for the bathroom, but everything else was taken care of! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was amazing and so was having a few spices on hand! We would definitely come back to Papakea and even the same unit!

Great location, needs new sofa bed and better cleaning

This is my second time at Papakea Resort since I enjoyed the location and sunset views here. This time, I opted for ground level unit. This allowed us a backyard where we can just walk out and go to pool, ocean, and watch the sunsets. Pros: Location, very easy drive to many locations in West Maui like Lahaina, Kapalua, Napili, Kaanapali. Noise level is good. Neighbors are considerate and not terribly loud Ground level, nice outdoor table for brunch. Cons: Bugs There were 4 black moths during our first night, all came out of hiding from the plants and curtains. 3rd night, found a cockroach. Plants in vase were dead and dried up. Should be relaxed if you have new guests Sofa bed/futon was heavily used. Sunken in and hard to sleep in. This place was advertised for 4 people but it would be hard to have two adults sleep in this sofa Furnitures need to be dusted

Overall property is well manicured and managed well. Therefore aesthetically pleasing.

When I arrived the condo smelled like bacon. Some might like this with the recent bacon craze however it didn't communicate cleanliness. This particular unit is directly in front of the elevator so as you can imagine I was painfully aware of all arrivals and departures regardless of the hour. RR forget about it. My first day I noticed roach motels strewn under beds, under the TV etc. Mental note not staying here next time. To top it off there is a greasy spoon Ono Kau Kau Mixed Plate directly in front of this unit Lower Honoapiilani Rd that spews greasy smoke that is carried directly across this unit. So don't think of opening the bedroom window for some early AM maui cross winds. You will be disappointed. You and all of your belongings will smell like you worked the AM shift. BTW great place to eat.

Kaanapali is Wonderful

I absolutely loved our stay here. The property is beautiful! The ocean is steps away and the pool was nice too! Our condo was just perfect - no issues at all and they have beach chairs + other entertainment things for you to enjoy, if you choose. I'd definitely stay here again!

We love this location!

We love staying at Papakea. This is our first time in this unit. It was a bottom floor and that was even better. The unit was nice and clean. The kitchen could use some higher quality utensils, but who’s cooking? Well, me, but I overcame. We had a noise with the a/c but used earplugs and reported the issue to the owner. Nothing that would keep me from renting this unit again. Thank you Greg!

Excellent complex and condo. Amazing views of Molokai and Lanai.. Stayed here for a week and explored the island. Definitely would come back and rent here again. Time to head back to Manhattan. đŸ˜„

We've stayed at Papakea many times over the years because of the private atmosphere and laid back style. Set upon 13 acres, there is plenty of room to enjoy the pools, BBQ's, ocean views and other amenities without the noise and crowds of a high rise resort. And yet, the famous Kaanapali beach and charming town of Lahaina are only a few minutes away.
