Settle in for a fun and relaxing trip at this Mesa home. Guests can access pickleball courts, a splash pad, lakeside walking paths, and playgrounds. Enjoy the sights of nearby Old Town Scottsdale. Explore the innovative grounds of Arizona State University. Be immersed in the variety of shops, restaurants, sporting events, and live music Phoenix has to offer.

When not hitting the town, unwind in the enclosed backyard. Go for swim in the heated pool or sit back and lounge poolside to soak up the sun. At night, be entranced by the warm glow of the twinkling string lights. Pool heat is available at an additional cost of $50/day if desired

Inside, the living room offers a pleasant space to spend a quiet evening streaming entertainment the smart TV. The kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a blender, a coffee maker, and ample meal prep space. Indulge in delicious meals at the dining table or while tuning into a movie at the TV-view breakfast bar. This home also has an additional family room equipped with another smart TV and is great for board game nights.

Spacious and bright, the four bedrooms feature plush linens, ceiling fans, and ample storage space. When extra sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the trundle bed, available under the double bed. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, a high chair, a separate washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, sports gear, and internet access.

Great vacation home!

If you want a great location, excellent beds, fluffy pillows, thick, clean towels, lots of room, and even a nice neighbor this is your place. Close to grocery store, restaurants and walking path. I would stay here again.

Great Place!

Stayed for a week and was totally comfortable. Clean and everything you need was in the house. Super quiet neighborhood with lots of amenities near by.

Spring Training

We are huge baseball fans, so instead of material presents for Christmas we purchased my son and his girlfriend a trip to AZ for a few days… we tagged along too!! We went to multiple games and also went horseback riding. Enjoyed the area of Mesa and did some house hunting while we were there.

One of the best stays

This place is incredible! We had 8 people staying for a family gathering and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is more than fully stocked with glass and plastic for outside clearly marked. Sitting outside in the morning and the afternoon with coffee was very pleasant. Definitely bookmarking this place for a return stay when I'm in Phoenix.

The house was perfect! So clean and well decorated. It has all the amenities we needed. It even has a really fun garage set up for hanging out and foosball. We had young kids with us too and they has some great amenities for them (pack n play, high chair, cups, forks, bowls, etc.) Oh and comfy beds :)

Home was clean, well stocked, neat and well organized. Comfy beds and linens. We appreciated the small touches such as throw blankets throughout, pillows, rolled towels, quality paper towels, hand soap, and Dove products, and Kleenex in the rooms. It was a really nice and quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Really Lovely Home and Amenities

This was one of the nicest VRBO experiences we have had. The home was sparkling clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the linens were crisp. And so many little touches throughout the the house made it feel like we were staying at the home of a loving family member. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay!!

Wonderful home in a super quiet and nice neighborhood. Very walkable and great trails along the lakes. Roomy home, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable for all of our 7 family members! The backyard was great to hang out and bbq! Wish the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool more but we used it as much as we could. Can’t go wrong renting this house! It was excellent!!

The house was perfect for our stay! The pool and surrounding area were great for the the kids. Bedrooms were great, beds were super comfortable. Baths were updated and cute. There wasn’t a lot of hot water after one shower which did make things a little difficult. The management team was very prompt with any concerns. My only complaint was that our propane tank ran out within 1 time and we were instructed to fill it ourselves. It was not easy to find a place around us to fill it. Overall a great stay!

We loved this home!

We decided to take a weekend getaway trip to Arizona and found this home. Check in was easy - we got a code that unlocked the front door and used throughout the stay. The inside of the home was beautiful and clean and the hosts really took care to stock it with things you might need for a lengthy stay such as toiletries, washer/dryer, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. All the rooms had comfortable beds and storage/closet space. They had large tvs in the family room and living room and cozy couches (I ended up falling asleep on the couch in the family room). If you got bored, they had board games, puzzles, etc. There was plenty of seating in the kitchen for meals and additional seating in the backyard. The pool was fun and a relief from the Arizona heat; they even provided pool toys and floaties! We were located very closely to a lot of the major attractions Arizona has to offer like hiking, the Cardinals' stadium, restaurants, etc. The hosts were great and communicated easily with us if there were any concerns. The only thing we would change about our stay is to have stayed longer! This would be ideal for attending spring training, college football bowl games, extended winter vacations, etc. We would definitely come back in the future and recommend it to anyone!

Great Location, Nice Home

We really enjoyed staying at this home in Dobson Ranch. If you know the area (or if you don't ) it's wonderfully located near the 101 which gets you pretty much anywhere in no time. Scottsdale, Chandler, Ahwatukee, you name it. Very cute house. Clean as a whistle and has allllllthethings you need if you're just staying with one person, or if you have a small family party. It's very comfortable and the floorplan is laid out well. Some things to note: 1. The master bed has a nice pillowtop on the mattress (my hubby loved sleeping on it). The secondary bedrooms have FIRM mattresses. 2. If you are staying more than one or two days, you will need to provide your own papertowels, toilet paper and garbage bags. This is standard with VRBOs, but to be honest, I had forgotten. 3. I'm not sure if the texting option was just not really great at getting back with us (there was a bee nest in a bush out front, and we left a phone charger, which we called about immediately and no one got back with us on either issue--even with multiple calls over two weeks--except to say they told the local manager and would get back with us. Not great service on that front.) All that to say, this place is GREAT. Highly recommend and we may rent it again. We will be super careful to (1) not leave anything behind, and (2) maybe call VRBO (rather than text) in hopes of getting a better response with local management. All that said, I think you will love renting here. It's a great house.
