Welcome to Bayfront Paradise, your personal waterfront retreat in Ocean City. This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome offers 816 square feet of thoughtfully designed space and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Whether you're planning a couples getaway or a family vacation, this bayside escape delivers relaxation and recreation in one unforgettable setting.
The highlight of the home is the private bayfront deckâyour own outdoor oasis. Spend your mornings enjoying coffee by the water, afternoons fishing or crabbing directly from your dock, and evenings watching breathtaking sunsets over the bay. The 9.5-foot-wide private dock is available during your stay, making it easy to bring your boat and enjoy time on the water.
Inside, the living area provides comfortable seating and Smart TV streaming (no cable service). The fully stocked kitchen makes meal preparation simple and convenient and includes a K-cup styled coffee makerâplease bring your preferred pods. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.
The primary bedroom features a Queen bed. The second bedroom includes a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a Queen sleeper sofa. A full bathroom and a convenient half bath complete the layout.
Guests also have access to a community outdoor pool located behind the building directly across the street (open seasonally).

Please keep in mind that waterfront living sometimes brings shifting weather, boat traffic, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as birds, fish, crabs, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of the areaâs natural charm.
If something feels offâwhether itâs an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issueâplease let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues donât qualify for refunds, weâll always do our best to make your stay smooth.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund.
