We are very glad to know our location fit your needs well. However, we are very confused by the 3 star review. We did not receive any communications from you at all during your stay or after. If you were unhappy about something, we really wish you would have reached out to us during your stay. We are very proactive hosts and take our guests satisfaction seriously. Without knowing something isn’t up to your standards, we cannot address the issues you may have had, or learn what we can do differently to create a better experience for our future guests. Please keep this in mind for any other hosts you may stay with. Most of us really take our guests needs seriously.

We are working on the washer/ dryer, but found out one of the water supplies doesn’t actually have water running through it. Thank you for the feedback Meredith, it is appreciated. We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. We really wish you would have addressed these concerns with us during your stay. That would have given us the opportunity to address the ones we could. We're aware others don't always take care of things the way many of us would expect and it negatively impacts future guests like yourself and try to minimize this as much as possible. In response to the points you made. *The room doors are on the off-season to-do list once the season is over and the number of guests decrease. The high humidity has shown us they need to be resized to account for the humidity. *We can't do anything about the size of the room, but have made it as user friendly as possible. *The cracks on the wall are also on the off-season to-do list. *We have not had any previous complaints of ants or any other insects, so we will definitely be looking into and taking care of that as soon as possible. *The carpets were professionally cleaned prior to the beginning of the season and will be cleaned again at the end of the season. *Had we known the group in the unit above was that disturbing, we would have reached out to them. Assumably if they aware of it, they would have made their own adjustments to be less disruptive to you.
