Ceiling fan in kitchen and living room. 65” Roku TV with strong WiFi provided. Spacious, modern powder room on the first floor. There is a small space under the stairs with extra linen, pillow, games & books for your use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create delectable meals, including a new refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and cooktop oven. A Keurig coffee maker with stater pods is available. In addition, a traditional 12-cup carafe coffeepot and filters are also provided – just bring your favorite ground coffee with you. Fully stocked Cuisinart cookware, toaster oven, griddle and regular toaster are provided to mention some of the many amenities.

Walk out to the deck and enjoy the canal-front view. Boat slip available. (Bonus – A private charter captain is available, at a fee, to hire for fishing charters or sunset boat rides on the bay). Extra blankets available. ***Please note - the occupants of the 2nd bedroom can only access the upstairs bathroom through the master bedroom. There is no common corridor on the 2nd floor.
