The Villa: Stunning, elegant and comfortable villa, which maintains its original 16th-century splendour.
In the past it was also owned by Napoleon, and later Giacomo Puccini the famous Italian composer was often a guest here.

The villa, 1000 sq m, has stunning decorations, with original wooden beam ceilings as well as terracotta tile flooring, and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.
Ground floor: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine), small dining room for 8 people, connecting to a large dining room for 20 people, living room, another living room with fire place, Sat TV, stereo and CD/DVD player, and a toilet.
First floor: large suite with two communicating double bedrooms, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower head. Breathtaking view over the Massacciucoli lake and the sea.
Second Floor: 3 large suites. One suite with two communicating double bedrooms, access area to a large bathroom with bathtub and shower head. Stunning and breathtaking view. A second large suite with view over the garden, consisting of a large bedroom with double bed and a single sofa bed, a bathroom with shower.
Finally, an attic suite with large double bedroom, one single bedroom, and one bathroom with bathtub and shower head. Breathtaking view from all the windows.
Facilities: Air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi connection, bathroom fitted with hair dryers. ELECTRICITY/AIR CONDITIONING INCLUDED but guests are kindly request not to use it with open windows and switch lights off when not at home.
For staying above 10 days, an extra cleaning is included in the price.

Location: Bargecchia is a lovely village on the Versilia hills, in a wonderful location, surrounded by olive groves, and with breathtaking views over the coast and the Massacciucoli lake. The nearest beaches are in Viareggio, at 11km; Lucca is 25km away, Pisa 29 km and Florence 98 km. At 5 min walking distance from the village (restaurants and shops), in a quiet location, there is a stunning ancient hamlet of the 16th century where is located the villa.
At guest’s disposal a swimming pool (7x4 m, open ca. April-Oct), barbecue area, and large common garden and picnic area. Children play ground. Welcome drink. On request: cook, cooking lessons, private driver, wine and olive oil tasting, baby sitting service.
