The Space:

This incredible 20th-floor condo offers almost 1700 square feet of coastal beachy living! Enjoy gorgeous, east-facing Gulf of Mexico views from the upgraded stainless steel kitchen, open-concept dining room, and your luxurious living area which includes a sofa bed, with floor-to-ceiling windows.



The primary suite features a king bed and sitting area overlooking more incredible gulf views. The ensuite has an upgraded shower and a double vanity in the en suite bathroom. The second suite also has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo and plenty of storage and counter space. The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a walk-in shower bathroom with the bunks in the hall. We've built an additional space to hold all kinds of beach gear, including nets, chairs, and more! Feel free to add to the collection when your family visits!



THINGS TO KNOW

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Nice rooms with Great view

Nice rooms with Great view. It’s pretty clean. The owner prepared everything you need to play on the beach. There are also warm pools and sauna in the building.

Balcony didn’t disappoint

Fabulous views! Balcony faces more east than beach front as I expected. It was even better! We didn’t have to lean over the railing to see down the beach and night views overlooking Pier Park and Front Beach Rd. Huge condo, good time.

Our stay

Loved our room!! The view was absolutely gorgeous! Our rooms were big with lots of room! Only 2 negatives we had were the elevators taking so long and there being a huge step to get to the patio. We have a wheelchair it didn't know that was there. Other than that, it was perfect!

Enjoyed our time at Tidewater

Great rooms and size of condo. Biggest issue was the night before we were to leave we were going to do some laundry and the washing machine was full of mold and stunk terrible. We told management about it and they were willing to send someone up to fix it however, we were leaving the next day, so the timing was not great to fix when we were there. There are great restaurants across the street that we enjoyed, the Sandbar and the Tex Mex. Great food!

Vacasa was not accommodating with extra bathroom amenities as well as blankets. We were told to just turn up the heat. The extra pillows we had, had stains all over them. We also had to keep fixing our toilet as it kept running and the chain in the tank kept coming off. Overall it was less than satisfactory.

Property was clean but missing remotes for the living room tv and missing cords for one of the roku box. The hot tub and sauna was out of order. The check in process was zero stars. The sheets and blanket at the bottom were stained

Spring break 2022

We enjoyed our stay. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of space to hang out in the living room, balcony, and to play cards at the kitchen table. It was nice that each room had their own bathroom. The condo was fine but the property could use some work. Elevators seemed to not work right at times cause we’d get on thinking it was supposed to be going up but it would actually go down. Only one of the hot tubs at the pool worked which was a downfall since with weather was in the 50s and 60s during our stay in March. The onsite bar and grill is not very impressive. The bar area is very tight. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay @ unit 2017

This is an amazing unit! We had a family of 10 adults and it was very spacious! Plenty of room for all of us to stretch out! The location was perfect, so close to Pier Park and we actually walked to the pier during the day. The balcony views were absolutely amazing! Being up higher, we saw sea turtles, dolphins, lots of schools of fish and the occasion string ray! The elevators were a little bit of an issue (for maybe a day) but we did check in during Labor Day weekend and the staff were doing everything they could to make everyone happy! The only "complaint" I have is that the unit needs to be updated as soon as possible. It was just little cosmetic things like, paint touchups and repair broken appliances. Other than that, it was perfect and we will definitely stay again! It was a great family trip! Thank you!

Dirty condo

Condo was very dirty. Cracks in sofas full of sand and crumbs. Door track slide filthy, so hard to slide door open. Outside furniture dirty. Floor dirty. Extra blankets just thrown in closet. Hair on vanity. Fan in master does not work. Couldn't get tv to work in 1 of the bedrooms. Floor dirty. The list goes on.

Disappointing and misrepresentation of property

The property was grimy and many of the appliances had mold (washer machine/ coffee maker). The TV did not work in the guest bedrooms. There were toys under furniture from other guests. The dishwasher was broken. The water pressure in the master shower could take your skin off, our 6 month old hated it (bathtub was too dirty to bath him). The room was well decorated, it just needs a deep cleaning. The view was remarkable. One last thing, the elevator issue is TERRIBLE. We came in December and had to wait 15 minutes to get on. I could only imagine how awful it’ll be in the summer.
