SERVICE DE PLAGE GRATUIT en saison. Nous avons déjà payé votre utilisation de deux chaises de plage et un parasol du service de plage. Cela vous permet d'économiser plus de 200 $ pour une semaine d'utilisation. Vous pouvez louer plus si vous le souhaitez.

PROCHE DE PIER PARK. Le Tidewater Resort se trouve à 0. 5 miles de Pier Park, la destination commerciale et la plus populaire de PCB avec plus de 100 magasins, restaurant, théâtre IMAX et plus encore. C'est une promenade facile pour la plupart des gens. Situé sur l'extrémité ouest orientée vers la famille de PCB, le Tidewater Resort est sans doute le complexe de villégiature le plus luxueux de PCB. C'est un véritable lieu de villégiature avec son propre cinéma (montrant des films gratuits les mercredis et samedis soirs en saison), un HISTORIQUE exercice / zone de remise en forme (qui comprend des tapis roulants, des machines d'exercice, des poids libres, des spa romains et même un sauna séparé pour hommes et femmes Et les hammams), Starbucks et crème glacée sur place, à l'intérieur du café oceanside, au bord de la piscine côté est Tiki Bar qui sert de la nourriture en plus des boissons, deux grandes piscines extérieures et une piscine intérieure.

Notre unité, située au 13ème étage, est l'une des très recherchées unités de coin de l'extrémité est avec pratiquement toutes les vues à couper le souffle de verre dans le salon. En achetant un condo, nous avons littéralement cherché dans toute la Floride et l'Alabama. Cette unité a les vues les plus incroyables de tout ce que nous avons vu.

DEUX MASTER SUITES, chacun avec vue sur l'océan et lits king size. L'autre chambre a un lit queen size. Et il y a une zone de couchette nichée dans son propre espace privé juste à côté de la salle de bain de la chambre à coucher. La couchette a deux couchettes jumelles, plus un autre lit gigogne. Aussi dans l'unité sont deux lits queen canapés dans le salon. Il y a donc beaucoup de place pour tous!

Beautiful property

Owners are wonderful. The communication was reassuring and helpful in many ways. Much appreciated.The property was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the location was incredible.My family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent unit.

The unit was wonderful!!! Beautiful views, spacious and very clean. Everything was just as the pictures show. Owner was fantastic to work with and provided all the information needed well ahead of arrival. We were even blessed with an early check in.The Tidewater elevators were slow which is no fault of the owner.

The condo is exactly what they say its gonna be! The view from the room was amazing! All the kids got to see dolphins, sting rays, and more wild life!! Extremely clean too!

Tidewater 1317 was awesome. it was very clean. everything inside was furnished nicely!!! The porch...was so awesome. we spent allot of time there! The owner is very informative during the whole process during booking all the way to checkout. He hives you plenty of information during and for your stay! I would definately rent that unit again and again!

Beautiful Condo with A View

This is a corner condo with a wrap around deck and lots of glass windows so that you can see the ocean from all views! Easy access to the Beach and owner was very responsive! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach get a way !

Anniversary trip

The condo was perfect. Well equipped. We brought our kids and grandkids to help us celebrate our 30th anniversary. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We enjoyed all the extras the condo had to offer. The beach chairs we a plus.

It was a great start and ended okay, our only complaint was the elevator situation. 2 working elevators for a building with 30 floors working is not safe. That is not the fault of the owner, but the building code itself, and should have been fixed the same day they were shut off. Overall this is a beautiful area, and if you are a wine drinker go to Dusty's. Great dinners at Schooners.

Our trip was nothing short of fabulous! The condo was clean, well-stocked with supplies and great overall space for our family of 9. The view from the condo was simply amazing! Brent was very responsive and thorough and a pleasure to work with. We will be back for sure!

Gorgeous views

We enjoyed our week in the condo. The host was prompt in answering any questions I had, and even alerted us about tornado warnings going on in the area when we were there. Unlike most other rentals we have stayed at, they actually provided enough general supplies- like toilet paper, dishwash soap, garbage bags-to last us the week we were there which was nice. And the view was spectacular!!

Nice Clean Condo

Brent’s a great host condo was clean he has vacuum we were able to use everyday to keep it as we found it. Views were great. I wouldn’t want to stay any higher then 13th floor because we ended up using the steps every time we left and returned because the elevator’s in this condo complex are horrible!

Awesome views!

The corner views were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the sunrise looking out one side of the living room and the sunset looking out the other. Everything was as advertised, including sometimes having to wait for the elevator. My husband and I often took the stairs to avoid waiting and to get some exercise, and the kids typically arrived via elevator about the same time as we did. The water and beach were lovely and the location was great for long walks on the beach in both directions. The 17-year-olds enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby outdoor shopping mall with lots of eating and entertainment options. All-in-all, it was a great place and we would be happy to stay there again.

Best View on the beach but…

Great host, amazing unobstructed view of the entire beach from the balcony. We were able to see sea turtles and sharks from the balcony. The condo has a little wear, but nothing crazy. The only issue we had was the elevators. There are not enough for the size of the resort. The wait times are long and there are no fans or a/c once you finally catch one. We eventually started taking the steps. It’s not that bad going down, going up is nice workout though but doable. If it wasn’t for the elevator situation I would give it 5 stars.

Best views of Panama City Beach and Pier Park

We really enjoyed our 8 night stay in this beautiful condo with amazing views. The host was amazing as well and was able to adjust our visit by 3 days for a later than planned arrival. The host was quick to respond to any texts or questions we had. The Master bed was very comfortable as well. The automatic shade in the living room was nice to use in the afternoon as well. The kitchen had everything needed to make breakfast and dinner as well. Only 2 miles from Pier Park for great shopping and about 40 minutes to destin for premium outlet shopping. We came in October amd plenty of parking on 2nd floor walkway. They have both luggage dolly and shopping carts in lobby for groceries or luggage. Close by on 30A is turbo coffee and Lululemon in Grayton beach. Dees Hangout about 10 minuted from the condo is great food as well. Also enjoyed the oysters at Runaway Island on the beach. Thanks to our host for making it a very special vacation for us and accommodating our last minute schedule change. The condo was cool, clean, amazing views we highly recommend to other families as well.

Great condo!

The condo was fantastic! We had everything we needed to feel at home all week. View was amazing! Kitchen had more than enough supplies for us to cook a couple of nights and make lunch every day. So spacious- we all had plenty of room to spread out and never felt cramped at all. The resort was always clean and staff located throughout. Depending on time of day, elevators had a small wait, but there are 7 elevators and they ran really quick considering they service 30 floors. Having an umbrella and lounge chairs at the beach daily was a major plus! Condo stayed really cool all week and fans were available if it got hot with all the windows. Would definitely stay here again!

Paying for the view

There were 6 adults (50-something) here for a week stay. We chose this unit because we needed 3 bedrooms/3 baths for a specific timeframe and this met requirements. The view is as advertised.. spectacular. Inside the condo, however, was not as nice as comparable condos on the beach. Furniture is stained, sliding glass door (while heavy as they all are) does not slide in the tracks easily, closet space is limited (as closets were full of beach items) and no Closet is available in the queen size room. I always prefer to wash/dry clothes over my stay.. this dryer requires multiple cycles to dry a small load. Two master bedrooms do have beach views but none open to balcony. While we appreciated the three-sided view, we probably won’t stay here again.

Great Spring Break 2019 Vacation

The unit was well furnished and all the beds were comfortable for the 4 adults and two teenagers in our group. The entire complex is well maintained and clean. The security service is active and was out making sure kids were not being hooligans in the stair wells and such. The beach was clean and maintained as well. We rented another set of loungers for the week to go with the set provided during the rental and it worked out great. Grocery store is a couple of minutes down the road or you can drive 5 minutes more to Wal-Mart or Target. We did have to wait a little while for the elevators but, you have that at any facility that is full during Spring Break. The only bad part of the trip was the outdoor grill area being out of service for construction. We always cook out during our trips with the other couples we go with and had bought our food to cook before arriving and finding out the grills could not be used. Also, it could be mentioned to facility management to put more tables and chairs in the indoor pool area during the cool months. One other suggestion from my wife is to put non-stick cookware in the unit instead of the stainless. Otherwise we loved it and would recommend this unit and facility to anyone.

Very nice condo

Property was very nice with great view and nice amenities. A couple of small issues that the owner took care of very quickly so we were happy. Only downside was the elevator wait times. We quickly learned to plan around peak use times of the day.

Wow!! So lovely!!

Spent the week here with my family ages 6 months thru senior citizen...corner condo with huge balcony...easy access to pool hot tub indoor pool and the BEACH!! The condo was roomy and so pretty...I would suggest this one to all!! Doesn't disappoint!

Brent and Angela Craig are the owners of Tidewater 1317. We live in Hartselle, Alabama, which is one hour north of Birmingham. Brent is a state government official. Angela works in the central office in the local city school system.

We have two adult daughters.

Through the internet we literally looked all over Florida. We also made a trip to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, Alabama. Tidewater 1317 blew us away with the view and the impressive resort amenities.
