Step inside this vacation rental and discover an updated, well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Gather for meals at the elegant dining table with seating for eight, and settle in for the evening in the comfortable living area. Outside, kick back on the furnished, wraparound balcony and enjoy the amazing view. you will also enjoy access to on-site amenities including shared pools, a pool spa, and a fitness center.



This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals.

Great getaway for Fall break!

Our 2 families had a great time on the beach for a week! The property is clean, updated, and has a great location. The only thing I would recommend is a bigger washer/dryer for the condo. Would defiantely stay here again.

Nice Condo overlooking PCB - all around!

We enjoyed time with family, time at the beach (and in the pool), and time at the dinner table while staying in this fine condo. Overall cleanly and as advertised. We had no problems during our stay and will consider this location again when we come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. A few complaints...condo was poorly cleaned, there is no pantry in the kitchen, and washing machine is super tiny...can fit 3 towels. View was amazing in our corner unit and elevators were quick.

This is the second time we have stayed in 1709. We enjoyed the condo itself. We had some issues with getting a parking pass. Sent a message to Vacasa and they said would get back to us and never heard anything else about it. The one issue we had was communication. I know it has nothing to do with the owner but on our 4th day there we were sitting outside and all of a sudden there were painters hoping over the balcony on the 17th floor to paint the balcony.I understand the maintenance has to be completed due to the HOA but if you have somebody staying in the condo a little communication would have been nice. That could have gone very bad in many different ways. They called after that incident to ask a time that would be good but never did before I complained about it to Vacasa. Overall a good stay just those two hiccups.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the views and location cannot be beat. Very spacious and lovely decorated. My only suggestion is extra linens, such as blankets and towels, could use some. Or perhaps bring your own. Anyways, loved our time there. Hope to be back one day.

Perfect layout for a group

This condo was very clean and very nice , the layout was awesome! The balcony was amazing! The pics looked good but Actually didn’t do it justice. We were very happy with everything including the service/communication. Being right beside Schooners was also a huge bonus for us! Schooners has excellent food you can get to go and enjoy on the beach and they are just steps away.. We will return for sure to stay at this unit in the future!

This place was great! The only complaints I have are the bunk beds were kind of wobbly like they could fall apart at any moment and the pullout couch is awful! Both of the items should be replaced. Other than that the place was nice and the view was nicer!!

Everything was good, the condo is nice but the furniture is old!! Theyneed to replace every single piece, from the dinette to the livingroom, everything is old and dirty, the microwave has rust in the door! Other than that its a nice condo, the beds are comfortable

Great Girls Trip!

The unit was clean except for the floor. There was sand on the floor and our feet were black from walking on it barefoot. The comode in the master bath ran all the time when flushed and you had to jiggle the handle to make it stop and there was a used paint brush in the kitchen sink so I called the manager and he sent someone while we were out and he called and said the maintenance man came and checked out the sink and it worked fine. He didn't know a sink from a comoce and he didn't get the paint brush out of the sink.

Excellent condo ( NOT A HOTEL!)

Condo was above and beyond expectations. Balcony wraps around entire corner so outdoor view and experience was both roomy and private bcs 2 rooms have balcony access. Now for the negative. Front desk is responsive to either phone or walk in 9-5. BUT they led us on that early checking was possible and then turned rude when we came back in the hour wait requested. Then got ruder and kept delaying. Finally we asked again at 15 minutes prior to 4 pm and they acted like why u ask! Of course it is ready! We had 9 people in the heat with no place to wait and then said hey dummy just go up to your room! Lesson learned. Do not ask. Do not wait. Go up to room and check! 2 issue. Called in non functioning toilet immediately and they said wait till tomorrow. They did show up next day. Toilet still runs constantly but thankfully it began to flush. We had 9 people and 2 toilets. 3 issue. Asked for more toilet paper on day 2 and they said sorry “ we are not like a hotel!” Go buy your own. Walked to Chevron and they had4 tiny rolls for $10.99 plus tax. What do u do? ; issue. Check out is 10 am. Really we had a good time just had to understand that even though they have an office onsite they are not a hotel!
