Treasure Island is a beautiful clean condo with amazing expansive views, great area,great pool with lots of seating. Everything went very smooth and worked out great, if u stay at treasure island get an 01 room for the best wrap around views. Would definitely stay here again you can't get any closer to the ocean

We Love Treasure Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Treasure Island. We have stayed in several different rooms. This room was beautiful and very large with large balcony. We were glad to see Liza's munchies was back. Our room did have a loose faucet that I did send an email to let Blue Swell know and trash was left in the guest room. Cleaning service showed up at 9 when check out was 10am. Overall it was great.

Great view, updated linens and furnishings, comfortable beds. Dedicated parking space, easy to access unit. Master bathroom shower worn and shows its age, same with dryer but both got the job done.

This place was absolutely beautiful!! The view was incredible! Had lots of pots and pans and utensils to use. The beds were comfortable it was very room place to stay. Very quiet area. Loved it i would definitely book here again. Inly issue we had was the pinpad not working down from the beach access to the pool

Relaxing Beachfront Stay

This is one time I’m happy to report that the property was actually better in person that the photos online. Very clean and well appointed. The huge wrap-around balcony made it feel even bigger and it was very nice to sit and enjoy meals or a drink outside at one of the 3 high top tables outside. Highly recommend.

New Years trip

Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy but was prepared as a few in front of me weren't so it took little longer.The condo was very clean but had a few minor problems,loose kitchen fauset and a smoke detector was hanging from the wall but nothing bad.View was great the intire day,watched fireworks from the balconey on new years eve.We are from Springfield Illinios and have stayed here before and have enjoyed each stay.

We have stayed in various units at Treasure Island and have had positive experiences each time. The property is well maintained and clean. The unit we stayed in was very nice; there were a few things that could have made our stay a bit better such as the top bunk not being overly stable so it was not used. And it would have been nice to have had a lid that attached to the coffee pot rather than one that was broken and had to be carefully positioned on the pot while brewing - a Keurig style coffee maker was not in the unit. There were plenty of linens, towels, and wash cloths so that was a plus. We look forward to our next stay at this location.

Perfect Family Beach Trip!

The wrap around balcony views were the perfect way to start our day and enjoy some wildlife viewing throughout the day. The unit was nicely decorated with a modern coastal style. It was clean and well kept. The short walk to the ocean was ideal when hauling all of your beach gear. There is a cafe/grill located near the pool which is perfect for midday snacks for the kids or a frozen drink for mom and dad. We had everything we needed and more! We will definitely book this unit for future stays in PCB!

The coffee pot was broken. It was replaced when i complain. The ice maker worked but the water didn't. It never got fixed. Master bedroom matress is in bad shape. Couldn't get comfortable all night and wok up with sore back Every day. Diningroom chairs and all balcony furniture is tall. Not kid friendly.

Treasure Island condos are in a great location for a quiet part of the beach. My experience there was probably more of a unique one. My first issue was getting the room code, which was not in the packet. Worst case scenario VRBO would have found me another place if they also could not get in touch with Blue Swell realty. It took VRBO six tries, but someone finally picked up and got the door code. The other bigger problem for that condo I ran into was the batteries in the smoke defectors went bad for 2 of them. One of them woke me up at 3AM. That annoying chirp going off about every 5 minutes. Blue Swell sent someone out around lunch to change the batteries. 2 days later around 6 AM another in another bedroom did the same thing. Once again they came out and changed the batteries to get rid o of that annoying chirp. If you are thinking I ever got an apology or sorry for the inconvenience for lack of sleep or no room code you would be wrong! The room code all I got were texts and emails that it was in the packet they emailed me, even after I sent a screen shot. The battery thing twice in one week was inexcusable. For safety reason you can’t change a couple of double AA batteries a year? Batteries way too expensive? If you can get past those 2 things the condo is very nice.
