Amusez-vous sur notre grand balcon avec une tasse de café le matin tout en regardant le soleil se lever ou sirotez un cocktail froid pendant que le soleil se couche, tout ce que vous avez à faire est de sortir de votre chambre!

Cette configuration intérieure élégante et spacieuse avec des décorations intérieures tropicales crée une sensation immédiate de vacances rendant votre expérience de plage encore plus agréable. Ce magnifique combo de cuisine de salon offre une communion dans toute l'unité avec des sièges confortables, un grand comptoir de cuisine avec un îlot central et une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces tout en donnant sur le golfe du Mexique. Le salon offre également un mini-bar complet sur le côté, un lecteur DVD et un canapé-lit queen-size.

La chambre principale offre un élégant lit KING et une grande télévision à écran plat. Le maître a également son propre placard, miroir de courtoisie, baignoire jacuzzi, douche à l'italienne en verre, ses lavabos et son accès personnel au balcon depuis la chambre.

La deuxième chambre offre un grand lit queen-size, une télévision à écran plat et un accès à la deuxième salle de bains.

La troisième chambre offre un combo de lits superposés en haut et en bas avec une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD pour regarder des films. Avec le canapé-lit queen portant la capacité de couchage à 9!

Le Majestic est situé dans le centre de Panama City Beach et à proximité de certains de nos plats préférés tels que Dee's Hangout et Fishale Taphouse and Grill. En bas de la rue, la famille peut profiter du parc aquatique Shipwreck Island qui offre du plaisir à tous les âges.

Le Majestic Beach Resort offre à ses clients de nouvelles installations époustouflantes. Il y a 5 piscines! Deux piscines extérieures, dont l'une comprend une piscine pour enfants; ou détendez-vous à l'intérieur dans l'une de nos deux piscines intérieures chauffées. The beach view was great! However, the property wasn’t very clean the bathrooms were gross and the dishes had been put away with food on them and cups in the cabinet filled with sand. Nothing extra was provided if you plan an extended you’ll have to buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. as you are only provided one trash bag and leftover rolls of toilet paper from previous vacationers.

Great but needs a better cleaning company!

Great resort and security. Great location and beach access. The room itself was nice but needs help. Not very clean at check-in. Not well stocked for guest. Not even enough silverware and cups for 3 people. At least one coffee and coffee filter or extra trash bag would have been nice to have. I don't if the room was even cleaned before check-in as there was sand on the floors and cig butts and bottle caps on the balcony as well as wads of hair in the shower drains and empty shampoo and body wash containers. Otherwise, the Majestic Resort is very nice. Would stay again but in a different room.

Spacious room!

Overall very nice. The room had plenty of room to accommodate guests. Feel like some spots could have been cleaned better but overall good and the location of condo was perfect.

The unit was very clean and had a fantastic view. The pools and hot tubs were awesome. The whole family enjoyed the stay. We loved the big balcony. We can highly recommend this unit and property.

New Year baseballfest in Panama City

Terrible unit, great location

This unit was not nice. The track for the patio door was just black, the curtain in the master bedroom looked like someone had used it for toilet paper, there is mold in the shower, looks like a child wrote on the walls in the master with red marker, paint is missing on the walls. It looks like there was water damage that was never repaired. The washer and dryer were rusty to the point rust would flake off into the washer and the agitator didn’t work. They did replace the washer and dryer in the unit after I contacted them a second time. The code we were provided to check in did not work when we arrived. We finally got in and then received a text a few days later that they were changing the entry code but they never actually did.The pots and pans are some old teflon pans that are peeling unless you use a large stainless stock pot.

Great location’

The condo is in the Majestic it is a great location and you could probably stay here and get by without a vehicle. There are quite a few businesses within walking distance including a Walmart. This is our 2nd year to spend Jan. and Feb. in this condo. The condo could use some refreshing but is pretty nice overall.

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Beach Resort. This was our 2nd year to stay there. We were disappointed that on our first day on the beach (sunday) we were unable to rent chairs because there was no one there until 1230. We went to Walmart to buy chairs and umbrella. Monday was the same, they showed up late again also. Rest of the week, the chairs were set up between 9 and 930. The condo was great. There were several remote controls on the table and 3 without backs to hold batteries in place. We will stay there again next year.

Exactly as it sounds

We’ve been coming to the Majestic for 3yrs now. This condo was exactly as listed. The washer and drier are in a separate room which was great!! Usually they’re in the wall in a hallway, but the extra room was nice. The condo was clean and had plenty of storage space for food and clothes. I’d stay in this same condo next year!

If you are looking for “alone time” with your significant other without alerting the rest of the guests in the rental, then this is not for you. The bed in the master is the noisiest bed I have ever laid in. The tv volume was almost non existent in the master also. The sofa/sofa bed were both completely worn out. Not the cleanest rental. There was something pink sprayed on a few walls, and the refrigerator was missing the handle.The location and beach were good.

Majestic towers

We had black mold in both bathrooms and mold on the shower curtain. The guest shower stayed stopped up. We had to leave the property to wash clothes because the washing machine wasn’t working the whole time. And maintenance was aware of this because it was a sign posted on the washing machine by them. Multiple emails to ECDI with no reply till next to the last day. My 2 grandsons have been sick since day two of vacation. And they are currently still sick. No offer to refund some of my money or anything and our family spent $4300 to stay in this filth. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months dirt in the corners of the baseboards. I will not be staying at Majestic again.

Horribleee and unprofessional Rental Company/host but great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was very clean and had a great view. The Place itself was great! I struggled with Emerald Coast Destinations a lot unfortunately, who I had to rent through. My host ignored my messages for 4 weeks until having to call the company to inform him to answer me. I am also being ripped off a $300 deposit for damages that was not caused during my stay and it is very much not believable for us smaller and younger girls to have been able to cause that kind of damage to the condo. They had also said that due to us calling police for safety reasons we are fined the $300. That makes no sense that our safety and concerns cost us a $300 DAMAGE deposit. Good to know we can’t feel safe or call emergency services without a $300 deposit being taken. Still am being ignored after over a month later and have not received any of my refundable deposits back which I was supposed to receive within 2 weeks of checking out. highly don’t recommend working with Emerald Coast or at least the guy I had to work with during and after my stay. Majestic Suites however was a great location and I enjoyed my stay through them but wish I had rented a room through a different company

Great property but could use some deep cleaning

Property and location were fantastic! 17th floor was an amazing view, right off the elevators and trash chute was really close and convenient. Couldn’t tell you were close to the elevators as we never heard a peep from anyone else. The pools were great and plenty of space in them even on Spring Break week. Elevators were efficient and the ease of getting to the beach was wonderful. Just a short boardwalk and you’re there. Drinks at the H20 bar and grill were tasty. The inside of the unit was ok. Some things needing improvement. Could use a deep cleaning/repainting of baseboards and there was a small hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms. The washing machine didn’t work wonderful but did get the job done. The stove takes over 30 min to preheat. But we got around that by putting it on broil then to the temp we wanted. The master bath had mold but the maintenance people came right away and cleaned it up. The hall bathtub stayed clogged the entire time and was nonfunctional by the end of our week. They did come unclog it once when we asked but it still drained super slow and clogged completely in another 2 days. Walking distance to plenty of beach stores and drink places. And about 15 min drive with traffic to Pier Park. Only complaint is that they don’t allow you to park your golf carts (that you can rent) in the parking deck or anywhere else on property. You have to find public parking or take it and leave it at the place you rented it from for the night. But there was adequate parking for everybody at the Majestic in their parking garage. Overall would stay in this unit again but would hope they’ve updated some of their appliances by then. Could be a solid 5 stars with some household maintenance and deep cleaning.

Great week for family vacay! Condo wasn’t in the best shape and needs some attention with painting and decoration. Couches need cleaned and were pretty nasty. Needs new pillows and more bathroom towels, wash cloths and hand towels. Bare minimum in the kitchen. Broken glass cups in kitchen but I threw the 2 glasses away so no one o would get cut. The cleaners couldn’t have swept and mopped it was really sandy when we got in there on checkin day. The master bedroom did sleep well! We did have a great vacation week. Love the pools and access to beaches. I evidently missed checkout time because it’s always been 10 am and say that on website. We had to checkout at 9 am. First time ever coming to PCB. I feel like we pay enough for condo so I didn’t want to pay more to check out later. Nothing ever keeps me from coming to PCB. Elevators are very quick and that is definitely a PLUS. Just want to be honest in reviews. Great week in all! Thanks for sharing your condo.
