Excellent location

Loved the location and view of the property. Been able to wake up to the view to the beach from the bedroom was incredible! Perfect for a relaxing vacation with no need to move your car. The pool and the beach are a ride in the elevator and few steps out the condo and food from Schooner’s right beside the condo. Highly recommended.

Great week at the beach.

This condo was perfect for the four of us. The manager was on it when I needed her ! Only one little thing was you need a pillow over the corner of the bed is master bedroom, sticks way out you don’t really see it till you hit it, and you will hit it! Pillow helped no more problems! I we will stay again.

The condo is very out of date and it's not really 2 bedrooms. It's a 1 bedroom with additional small beds setup in an office with no door, just a curtain. On the positive side the location and views were fantastic.

Spacious with views

If you’re reading reviews, stop now, book this unit and then read reviews. It is worth it! Family of four on vacation and love this unit. This two bed, two bath condo is full of amenities and has one of the best views in town. The fully loaded kitchen is a plus and the family room offers plenty of comfortable seating. The location, fantastic! Right in the water with easy access to the pool and beach. Restaurants are so close, you can wait for your table while seated in the condo’s reclining couch. Highly recommend this unit, just hope you can get it before we return!

Perfect Condo for 2 or very small family

Condo was neat, clean ,and had what we needed. Quiet with perfect view as it was on 21st floor. Elevator is super fast. GREAT en suite master bedroom facing Gulf. Also Twin bedroom with hall bathroom. We were very pleased with the condo! PS...Guests should bring their own wine or cocktail glasses. Stove needs attention as settings are unreadable. All in all, we would return to this condo!

Wonderful fall break

We enjoyed our stay! This condo is very homey and nicer than the pics! Plenty of dishes, flatware and pots and pans to use. Staff replied in a very timely manner to any questions which were just requesting and early check in and an extra day! Lol! We would stay here again! The only thing I would suggest is replacing the broken chairs on the balcony, my daughter got dumped out! Kinda scary but a very simple fix to replace them. We almost brought some from home for the balcony, as this is something we’ve encountered other places in the past, but didn’t have extra space coming down. Great trip, great weather, can’t complain about a thing! 😊☀️ And oh the sunsets and animal life you can see from that balcony! Don’t forget your binoculars!

Where do I start with this condo. It is TERRIBLE! The smell when you walk through the door is awful! Smells like mildew/mold. The owner has noted that he has balcony furniture. These are two rotten metal chairs that if you cut yourself, you will need a shot. And a worn out wood bench that is rotten from the weather and rain. The stovetop didn’t work because of a large crack across it. That wasn’t disclosed to us. The dishwasher didn’t work properly. That wasn’t disclosed. The “2nd” bedroom isn’t a bedroom. It has a shower curtain for the door. When we pulled those bed covers back, sand was in the bed and the sheets were dirty! Holes in the pantry door covered up by a posting with tape. Not to mention the front loader wash machine is filled with mold! Nothing sanitary about this place. This owner puts zero money or time into this condo. The entire pace is outdated, disgusting and should not be rented!

From the Owner: "Sorry to hear about your experience. We were not aware of any covered holes and will have those inspected. We are evaluating repairing or replacing the stove due to accidental damage by a previous guest. We have had the washer cleaned previously, and it is cleaned after every stay."

Overall, a good condo for the price. It is in the quieter part of PCB, which is great. Plenty of local restaurants and shops within walking distance.The views from the 21st floor are fantastic. There are three elevators that are super fast, so the higher floor was not an issue at all. The condo is right next to the elevator shaft, so we did hear some mechanical noises at night. If you are a super light sleeper, this could be an issue for you. The smaller room with the two twin beds is right next to the elevator, so you will hear them opening, closing, etc...One of the twin beds is not very long and could be an issue for taller kids or adults. The shower in the main suite desperately needs an update! It has a repaired crack on one side of it. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you will need and the living area is comfortable. The huge, automated, reclining side-by-side chairs are outstanding and were great for watching the NCAA basketball tournament games. :)The photo of the balcony in the listing is inaccurate. It has a red wooden bench and two very old chairs with cushions that are not designed to fit them. There is a small end table sort of thing which will hold a beverage but is not super sturdy. Again, it is a good value as it was clean and right on the beach!

The property manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, he never offered one bit of help or advice other than to call the maid and ask her why the television wasn’t working, why the microwave wasn’t working, why the house smelled of mold and mildew. The list of faulty fixtures and appliances go on and on. The window blind fell on me while trying to adjust it cutting my hand. I was sick all week from the mold. Maintenance called and stated they were coming to fix the television and I asked about the mold and was told to shut the balcony door and I informed them it wasn’t open and then was told no one ever complained before. I finally found the mold problem on our last evening there when I decided to do laundry, the washing machine was full of mold and fungus which instantly made me violently sick. I sent photos to evolve and no one has gotten back with me. The entire vacation was spent with me being sick from the mold. Worst vacation I’ve ever been on in my entire life. Not one issue was taken seriously or dealt with by anyone from property management or maintenance company nor evolve. Just a lot of money wasted.

We hope you can connect with Airbnb to process a claim and apologize for the injury you suffered -We investigated the home after we heard of your mold concerns and have since cleaned the washer with bleach multiple times. We sincerely apologize for the effect this had on your stay and would like future guests to know this will not be an issue moving forward -We had a previous guest who moved the TVs around and some of them were not plugged up correctly. We can confirm maintenance was called and they did show up to address these issues Please know Evolve, and its owners, deeply value your experience and we’d love the chance to provide you with a truly 5-star stay. Accommodations were nice. Location was great. Except for a little issue with parking that was easily resolved, everything went smoothly. Just be aware that luggage carts are scarce during peak check in/check out times.

Great Location

We loved our stay. It was a fabulous location with some walkable options for eating. We worried on the 21st floor we’d spend a lot of time waiting for elevators but that was not the case. When we walked in I thought it would be too small a space but our family of 4 was very comfortable. I do think less furniture in the living room would be helpful to make it seem more spacious. Great views from that height and you can still hear the waves. Kids loved the pools/hot tub and the fact it was only 4.5 at the deepest made it even better for us parents. Easy to rent chairs/umbrella at the beach (although I always love when those are included). And there were some folding chairs provided in the unit. One safety concern for us was the red bench on the patio bc it was tempting for the kids to climb up on and then it was easy for them to possible fall- we just moved it. Overall we had a great experience abs would rent again.

Convenient beach accommodations. Quality of property left something to be desired. High traffic areas were cleaned however, many spaces were un-kept (air returns, sink drains, shower heads, storage areas etc.). The lack of detail in these areas tainted the feel of an otherwise nice condo. The check-in process would have been smoother with some direction. Fulfilled the basic needs for the price point.

Amazing views

You can’t beat the amazing view of the Gulf and beach from this property. Check in was a breeze and the property managers were super responsive. Seychelles condo is very clean and elevators were quick up to the 21st floor. Condo is comfortable and you can’t beat the water pressure in the shower after a day at the beach. The mattress in the master could use a little refresh but it’s not uncomfortable. I’d highly recommend for its location and access to the beach. We truly enjoyed hanging out on the balcony watching the sunset and listening to the waves.
