Acheté en 2011, notre nouvellement meublé, décoré professionnellement 3 étages maison de plage est à quelques pas des plages blanches de sable sur le Golfe. Offrez-vous dans l'élégant décor de plage toscane et vous détendre avec belle plage et le coucher de soleil depuis les deuxième et troisième niveaux.

La maison fait pour un rassemblement fantastique pour deux ou plusieurs familles ou de grands groupes à partager. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une maison de plage de luxe sur le golfe de tous les équipements dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes à la plage, cette maison est pour vous!

Brand New Logements de luxe:
Franchissez la porte avant et vous serez accueilli avec 2500 pieds carrés de la vie côtière haut de gamme. Premier étage comprend 12 'plafonds, planchers de tuiles, 42 "TV, cheminée et une cuisine majestueuse avec appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit.

Deuxième hébergements de niveau comprennent un espace de divertissement avec bar, salle d'eau et marchent sur un balcon, un loft ouvert avec un 32 "TV (w / DVD), 2 lits jumeaux lits intégrés, et un canapé-lit. Ce niveau comprend également une chambre spacieuse avec lit queen et salle de bain privée.

Troisième niveau dispose de deux chambres, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain privée. Le premier est la chambre des maîtres avec un lit king size, baignoire jacuzzi, TV, cheminée et balcon. La seconde est une chambre spacieuse avec un lit queen size et de la télévision.

L'établissement inclut: piscine privée, barbecue à gaz, laveuse / sécheuse, Internet sans fil, longue distance gratuit, nombreuses places de parking (4-5 voitures), et 2 pack-n-pièces.

Premier Localisation:
Moins 100yrds de la plage notre maison est sur le côté de la plage tant désirée de Thomas Drive. Vous ne serez pas à traverser une rue très fréquentée sur votre chemin vers le sable de sucre et l'eau vert émeraude. Il est situé au centre 3 miles à l'ouest de Saint- Andrews State Park ou le capitaine Anderson et 7 miles à l'est de Pier Park Premier commercial en plein air et salle à manger.

Si vous êtes à la recherche pour plus de divertissement, il ya beaucoup autour. Six terrains de golf dans la région quai, port de plaisance et la pêche, Panama City Beach Winery et plusieurs restaurants célèbres comme Hammerhead Fred Coconuts ou à distance de marche. Que pourrais-tu demander de plus?

Nice House for a Weekend Getaway

I've been renting beach houses with friends for a few years now and I seem to have a knack for finding good ones! We had plenty of bed space for the 7 adults in my group. Kitchen was pretty decent. Pool is small, but that wasn't an issue in the slightest, after all we were there mainly for the beach, but we did use it plenty. Communication with the owners was pretty smoothLocation was great, just a short walk to the beach, no crossing any busy roads. Loads of good food just a short drive away, or a nice long walk down the beach if you are up for it!Would definitely stay here again if the house is free next time we plan a trip down.

Amazing location! So close to everything! Easy short walk to the beach. Beach is not overcrowded which makes it perfect to relax. Hosts are super friendly and easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our stay.

Nice stay. Satisfied!

Really nice place with all you need at the location. The only downfall were the sizes of the tv’s in the bedrooms and the beds were a little worn out (rolled right to the middle)! We didn’t use the pool anyway since the water was cool but it was pretty dirty when we arrived and after the pool guy left the next day, it didn’t look any better. None of these things would keep me from staying again and I am still extremely satisfied.

Beautiful Location and Home

We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. The house was beautiful and in a great location. The beach is just steps away and the location of the home means you do not have to travel far for food or shopping.

My family vacation

Myself, my grown adult children and my grandchildren wanted to take a vacation together to the beach. We chose this property, it was large enough for all of us and had a private pool. The house was really nice, the beds were very soft and comfortable, and the house was extremely clean and stocked with items that were very useful throughout the week. One of the only downsides were I thought we would have a view of the beach but there is a row of houses that look fairly new blocking the view but it is a very short walk to the beach which was great. Love the location and proximity to family entertainment and restaurant's. We had a great time together and appreciated having enough room for all of us, absolutely loved our vacation! I wish the outside temp and water temp was warmer so probably wouldn’t go first week of April again to Panama City but otherwise, would highly recommend this property and the rentals from these owners Paul and Josh!!! Great first experience😆

Awesome property on a fun side of town. Beach access is a couple steps away. A lot of stuff in walking distance if u r familiar with PCB.

RELAXATION

We had an absolute blast!!! The house was great. It was equipped with everything we needed on our vaca!! The pool was great when we didn’t want to be at the beach. Location was extremely convenient to all we wanted to do, and to the beach access. The host were wonderful. They are very responsive to all communication. It was so relaxing to just get away from the stresses of life. We will definitely be making this our vacation spot from now on!!!

Family Fun

House had plenty of room for 4 adults & 3 six year olds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to start our day-- Coffee for the adults & pancakes for the littles. Girls had a blast diving & swimming in pool but due to size of pool we had to pay extra attention to keep them out of each other's way. We loaded our wagon twice daily for trips to the beach with no issues coming or going. It was a short walk & everyone we encountered was very nice & respectful. The outside shower was a welcome treat before entering pool and the outside hose made rinsing all our stuff so easy before packing for home. Our location to the beach, nice restaurants, shops, the piers as well as St. Andrews park made our stay loaded with activities, treats, & fun. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beach time with the Grandkids

Enjoyed the house, nice decor, the owners have stocked it well inside and out. They provide really good beach chairs and it's a short walk to the beach. The pool is a nice alternative when you've had enough beach. Beware that the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor, and it's a hike up those stairs, glad we brough light luggage.

Excellent stay!

We stayed here in July 2023 and had a wonderful time! Plenty of room for two families. The home was clean and well equipped. Parking, access to beach, and proximity to things to do were all excellent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful beach vacation and great house!

We had a wonderful time and the house was great! Tons of room for the whole family. Having a private pool is a must for us so it was awesome to be able to hang at the pool after enjoying the day on the beach. Or if some didn't want to go to the beach, they'd stay back at the house and lounge in the pool. The beach entry so close to the house makes it very convenient to get to and from. Walking over after dinner to watch the sunsets were breathtaking. Waking up, taking our coffee for morning walks on the beach are just as amazing. We had one day where the dolphins were very close to shore and hung out for hours. It was so cool to watch them! The house is conveniently located and we were able to walk to many places nearby. However, the front road is slightly busier than I prefer but not too bad. Our family really enjoyed themselves and had a great time. Paul and Josh were great and easy to communicate with. We appreciate you and thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the week and we made many memories that will last a lifetime!

Great space for multi-age group!

We loved staying here! The space was great for our multi- generational family. College kids stayed on bunks/roll out on second floor. Parents (we- fifty-somethings) stayed in the bedroom on second floor. One couple with a five month old stayed in the queen bedroom, and the second couple with an 8 month old stayed in the king bedroom, both on the third floor. The people staying on the third floor do have to walk through the lounge/bunk/roll-out bed section of the second floor to get to the first floor, but the college kids wore ear plugs at night and slept as late into the morning as they needed. If you are used to sleeping in a super dark room, I would recommend bringing a sleeping mask because most beach homes do have lots of natural light. On the main floor, we had everything we needed for cooking and dining. The walk to the beach is not bad at all, but if you have new babies you will want a stroller or carrier to get them there. The wagon and beach chairs are a plus. Being more of a residential neighborhood, we thoroughly enjoyed having our spot on an UNcrowded beach. The private pool area was convenient and especially appreciated by the new parents with babies. We would definitely stay here again!

Rent This House!!

This house is amazing! So clean, bright, spacious, and fun. Kitchen is big with everything you need even a bar on each side for all the kids to sit while you cook breakfast. Pool is great for the kids. They have all kinds of toys out there even a beach wagon. The beach is so close. Really short walk. The bedrooms are big. Beds are comfy. Second living room with bunks is great for the teens to have their space. Three balconies to escape to. Large dining table for large family. Paul and Josh are great hosts. They answer questions immediately. Everyone had room to spread out. Love love love this house. Do yourself a favor and rent it.

Beautiful home! Perfect size, perfect location! Everything was great.

We had a great week with friends. Beautiful house and Had plenty of room for the 6 of us (3 couples). The walk to beach was very short. The only issue we had was no key to unlock the back gate to rinse the sand off before entering, but we managed, so not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great for our vacation. The house was located close to the beach. It was super windy the last 2 days so we stayed around the pool! The owners were super quick in responding and answered any questions I had. We would stay there again.

We love our beach home and have owned it for over 10yrs. We have spent many family vacation in Panama City Beach and come at least once a year. The home is owned by three families including two sisters, their husbands and kids as well as their parents.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our vacation home is on the quieter side of pier park which means much less traffic on the roads and many restaurants within walking distance. There aren't any condos nearby so you can enjoy a quiet day or night at the beach which is only a short walk without having to cross Thomas Drive. Come stay with us.
