This was our second visit to this property and it was another excellent visit. The unit was super clean and well stocked. We really appreciated the handy list of pet-friendly restaurants hanging on the bulletin board. Would highly recommend.

I rented this as a last minute getaway and was blown away at how great this property was! Pictures don’t do it justice and it was the perfect size for our small party. Pool close by with pool toys, a wonderfully supplied kitchen and beach access right across the street. Would absolutely rent again!

The Flip Flop is a beautiful two bedroom, 1 and a half bathroom Condo. It was clean and comfy. It was not on the beach but very close, we could see the ocean from the front steps. The beach was never crowded and calm. We seen Dolphins everyday! We also enjoyed the pool and there were floaties. Yay!Was perfect for my family.I would stay here again.

Ramp for sister-in-law, rooms clean, everything as promised. Don't normally use a pool at the gulf but on a windy, choppy day it was just what we needed. Great stay everyone was more than pleased. Flip, Flop, Fun was the best vacation ever!

Overall location was great and easy access to the beach. Upon arrival, it looked as advertised and clean. After first night though we noticed roach activity first morning crawling across living room floor. Then we weren’t made aware of an exterminator showing up randomly without notice. With that being said it must be a known issue that there’s a bug problem. Continued to see and killed multiple roaches in full bathroom and kitchen last couple days we stayed. If it wasn’t for that it would be a place we would have thought about booking again.

This property was a perfect fit for our family of 3 plus our small dog. 2 BR and 1,5 bath space is all we need. We were a little skeptical when we arrived to see that it is a building containing 6 units. But when we walked in we were surprised at how clean and well decorated ours was. Beach access is right across the road and all the places you want to go on the island are close. This would also be a perfect location if you’re traveling with friends or other small families if you want to maintain some privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, inside and out. We loved being steps away from the beach and enjoying the pool. The house was meticulously cleaned when we arrived and we enjoyed the laid back homey feel. We would definitely stay again.

The house looked nice in photos and it was nicely updated. There was a mold/mildew smell. We just stayed 1 night of our 2 night stay because of that. The host wouldn't refund my money for the second night. From the pictures it looked like it was on the beach but it was actually across the street. That was probably my fault for not reading the description better.

awesome location just steps from the beach ! it was was quiet and has a nice pool . only complaint i have is the king bed was hard as a rock . other than that it was perfect ! very dog friendly . i would stay here again!
