Formerly known as Happy Trails, Citrus Cove has been completely reimagined inside and out. Inspired by the timeless beauty of oysters, bay breezes, and the laid-back vibe of Florida s Forgotten Coast, this professionally renovated and decorated home offers a serene, eclectic retreat on St. George Island.
Highlights:
- BRAND NEW - just renovated redecorated head to toe.
- Stunning views of Apalachicola Bay from every porch
- Just a short walk to the sugar-sand beaches
- Private screened-in pool with the option of heating (the pool is available for heating starting October 1. There will be an additional charge of $50/day for the length of your stay to have the pool heated. Please let us know if this is something you would like to add on to your trip)
- Directly across from a tranquil bayfront nature park and walking trails
- Access to a community clubhouse, fitness center, olympic style pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts and more!

Each bedroom in Citrus Cove has its own unique design and personality, combining coastal flair with curated comfort. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the porch, paddling along the bay, or gathering for a family ping pong tournament, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.
Things to Note:
- Guests have access to all Plantation amenities that include: pickle ball courts, tennis courts, Olympic-style pool, beach access, nature trails, bike paths, fitness center etc.
- This property is dog-friendly, with prior approval required from our Reservations team before booking. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 applies for one dog weighing 50 lbs or less.
- Please note, The St. George Island Plantation requires a $100 entrance fee. This is included in your reservation as Community Fee.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
