Outta Banks did not disappoint. We loved the house, the privacy, everything. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into this home. It is not just a rental property, but a place for cherished memories to be made. Thank you Eunika for sharing this wonderful place with our family. We will be back. Five stars!!!!!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay on St George Island. The house was comfortable, the scenery beautiful and peaceful. We hope to be able to stay at this cute house again.
From the moment we drove down the driveway, we knew we had found a special place. This house has soul. So many little places in one place for memories. From the swing, the hammock, outdoor shower, balconies to the amazing dock. All with the most beautiful views. We stayed at Eunikaâs home for six nights and we will be returning. My fiance loves to fish and the end of the dock was the perfect place. The first morning he caught a nearly two ft Red Fish. We caught a plethora of catfish. Dolphin siting, bird watching, critter viewing. This home allows for an experience. The fact we were tucked into The Plantation gated community was another plus as the beaches were not crowded. There was so much to do we didnât get to it all. We bought all of our groceries at the Piggly Wiggly and made all of our meals. The kitchen is abundantly stocked with everything you could need. We did venture out finally on our fifth day with a hankering for oysters. Nice day trip to Apalachicola. Our last night we went to Paddyâs Raw Bar. Survivor bait shop will hook you up and give you some tips and advice. I canât say that itâs not just a physical place, we rented a house for a week. This was a spiritual and emotional feeling that we were fortunate to have. It feels like home, it feels like family. Thank you Eunika, we will be back.
I love the quiet and wildlife. My favorite is to enjoy early morning coffee and watch a wide variety of birds do their morning routine. I love the private view of historic Apalachicola Bay; the sunsets are amazing. I love the wild beach; scarcely populated, full of shells, and sea life; birds, dolphins and crabs.
This is one of the oldest homes on the island. Donât be turned away by the âoldâ, it is well preserved and modernized; mix of rustic contemporary. My husbandâs parents lived here and left it to us to take care of it. It is build not in the traditional way, most of it is cedar and cypress. When locals come in to fix things they are floored by the woodwork (inside and out). Our kitchen and master bath is âdeadheadâ cypress, pulled out of the Apalachicola river and preserved. Some pieces are 1,000 years old. You can go to mainland - Eastpoint and Apalachicola, you will find artists who work with this wood, making art, furniture and cabintes.
