This is a private oceanfront experience designed for guests who expect more. Four bedrooms, onsite laundry, outdoor loungers to enjoy the sunrise while listening to the ocean waves. Private beach access steps, rocket launch rooftop deck and parking for up to twelve vehicles.
A note on pets: Dogs only allowed. Pets must be disclosed and paid for prior to check-in. If pups are brought to the property that are not disclosed and paid for, the reservation will be cancelled and no money refunded. We offer an extremely reasonable pet fee pricing for a home of this level, so just be honest;). Sorry, no dogs on furniture or beds, no dangerous dogs and sadly, no Pit bulls or Rottweilers allowed (our insurance won`t allow them even though we love these furry pups).
The property has Ring cameras on the front and back (the back cameras are pointed towards the beach stairs, this is for security from wayward beachgoers:)).
We work really hard to keep the unit fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are fun and laid back company and our owners only want to host others that are also fun or laid back. We have done everything we can think of to make this unit an awesome beach retreat and we want you to have the best time ever but we`d love to hear your suggestions, too.
Smoking: We take this very seriously. We don`t care what you smoke, just go outside to do it. We don`t mess around with this, you will lose your deposit and incur damage fees for us having to have everything (curtains, furniture, etc) cleaned if you smoke anything in the house or if you smoke near doors or windows and the smoke smell gets in the house. It`s a non-negotiable so please just go outdoors to smoke and away from the doors. Also the owner requests that NO Turkey Fryers be used or brought for use to the property at any time. It`s Florida so being outside enjoying the sunshine or watching one of our amazing storms can be fun! Lastly: Everyone at our company (staff and owners) really loves helping people make great vacation memories. We are human and travel too, and we try to look for the good not the bad when vacationing. The point of telling you that is that this is an awesome unit and we work really hard on it, but things can and will happen. We don`t know when the microwave will break (if it does we will replace it) or if a Florida palmetto bug will sneak in the house (we are located in Florida which is a jungle..the unit is treated for pests but sometimes they will sneak in and there is nothing we can do about it). Every unit is professionally cleaned prior to check-in but if our cleaners miss something just give us a call and we will send them right back out to fix it. If things like that would bother you, then we may not be the place for you. These are things that we have experienced as well at vacation rentals while travelling and we roll with the punches and have fun. We are not in this business to be a hotel, we have a fun place for guests to stay with friends and family that is fairly priced.. if you are uptight or looking for perfection we aren`t the place for you. If you are ready for fun in the sun with friends and family, adorable decor and a management company that will respond if you do happen to have any issues...book away and get ready to vacay! We can`t wait to welcome fun and happy people to our beach town. Damage Waiver Disclaimer: I. AGREEMENT On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivoâs responsibilities. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement. II. EXCLUSIONS This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from: 1. Acts of God 2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear 3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250 4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property 5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal 6. Damage to a motorized vehicle 7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown. III. CONDITIONS Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial. IV. DEFINITIONS You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renterâs spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.
