House was nice. View was great it is directly on the beach. Hot tub did not work and when reported got no solution in fixing it so that was a waste and couldn’t use it

You told me the Hot Tub was not getting hot at 10:00PM the evening you were departing the following morning. I very well couldn't get anyone there between 10:00PM and 10:00AM Thank you for staying with us, you were very respectable guest.

We had a pleasant stay in Daytona. There is some wear and tear on the house that likely needs addressed and comes with being an oceanfront property, however it was clean and net the needs of the vacation. The pool was a great feature and the check in process was smooth. Cindy was very responsive to questions and was attentive during our stay. Thank you,

This home was amazing and perfect for our family vacation with our children and grandchildren. It was very roomy and exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean and it was a joy to stay there. The pool is beautiful and such a wonderful place to relax. It’s only steps to the beach and the beach access was well maintained.

Great location for our trip. The property worked out as hoped for with enough rooms and spaces for everyone to enjoy. Loved being ocean front and able to sit in the hot tub and hear the ocean. Good size rooms, Cindy was a great host too! Would definitely stay at the property on another trip!

Great Beach Front with Pool.. Beautiful and Great for Families

We had our family visiting from up north and had a small family reunion. It was a great place and very family friendly house. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 kids.

Wonderful View of the Ocean.

Our stay was really nice. The Place was very clean, plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels. The view was beautiful, we got to see a Momma whale feeding her babies. Everything was Great.

Beautiful Accommodations!

We were in town for a Celebration of Life for my mother. It was nice to have my family under one roof. The home was both beautiful and comfortable and it is on the beach which allowed for stunning sunrises and sunsets. The check-in process was seamless and the property manager was very nice. I highly recommend this property!

Our family gathering was better than we could have ever imagined. The pool and beach were beautiful. We loved the hot tub. The kitchen was great. We could not have asked for anything better. We would definitely rent again!

The Graduation getaway!

We had 10 family members and friends coming for our daughters graduation and NROTC commissioning. This house was amazing. We had the best time being together and celebrating. The beach and pool were incredible. I only wish I had more time to relax and use the pool and ocean.

The property was amazing! Clean, gorgeous decor, and spacious. Location was Great! The rain put a small damper on our trip, but overall we had a fabulous first experience going through VRBO. We will be a returning guest!

Getaway

We had a nice stay in this house. It was plenty big enough to accommodate our 4 families. We enjoyed being on the beach and the location. Had some issues with the hot tub as we had to call each day for it to be turned on. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amenities were amazing! Views of ocean were breathtaking even on this chilly weekend!

Stunning! It was my sons wedding weekend and this is a beautiful home, very accommodating to guests with more than enough bathrooms for multiple people to get ready at once! The views were outstanding! Large picture windows, comfortable beds, relaxing sofas, very well appointed and tvs in every room even the master bath and kitchen. Would love to come back again and be able to enjoy it more without the busy wedding rush!

Slice of Heaven on the Ocean

The property was just as pictured!! Spectacular views of the ocean. Great holiday vacation for my 5 adult children and daughter in law. Very clean property and high level accommodations. Great area with restaurants and lots to do. We visited tallest lighthouse in Florida about 25 mins south. Went in the jacuzzi and fished off the beach ⛱️ thanks Cindy for being responsive to all our needs

"We were initially wowed by the spectacular ocean view and the house was clean and well-stocked with towels. However, our stay was marred by poor management. The host did not provide instructions for the Bluetooth or hot tub and was unpleasant when asked. Additionally, the wine cooler was broken upon arrival.On the second day, the Wi-Fi went out for over 24 hours. When we reported this, the host blamed the cable company. Furthermore, the maintenance person scheduled to meet the cable technician never showed up, forcing us to handle it. When I addressed this with the host, Cindy, she was rude and unprofessional, going on a rant instead of resolving the issue. We expected a much higher level of service and a partial refund due to the lack of amenities, which was not offered."

This guest was the one and only guest I would NEVER rent to again after renting our home for 12 years. Never have I had such rude, demanding, helpless people in my home. When she first inquired before I accepted the booking she said there were 10 adult guest, after accepting the booking she changed it to 12 guest. This guest and her party could not do anything for themselves, including changing a channel on the sonos system. She emailed me 22 times thru VRBO. Finally I asked her to please contact me by phone because I do not sit by my computer to answer emails all day. These guest needed a 24 hour babysitter!!! Yes the WIFI did go out, it was a Spectrum issue no fault of mine. I contacted Spectrum. They tried to fix the issue but needed a tec to come out. I really tired to get them to come that same day but it was an appointment between 9 and 10 the following morning. I did ask them to contact me when they were on their way because of a guest being on property and if they weren't available I would meet them. I notified the guest of the time and told her if someone would not be at the property please let me know. At 12:07 just after midnight she contact me by phone and told me no one would be there to meet the technician that morning. Of course Spectrum came at 9:30AM and did not contact me,but the guest all 12 people were at the property, she called yelling that the Spectrum person woke all of them up. 12 guest from hell! Read all other reviews!!!
