The travertine patio is beautifully appointed with outdoor furniture and a large umbrella, inviting you to lounge in comfort or enjoy dining under the sky. From here, you have direct access to the private dock—a peaceful retreat for fishing, spotting dolphins and manatees, or simply soaking in the breathtaking riverfront scenery. Whether it’s your morning swim or an evening dip under the stars, the backyard is all yours to enjoy and yes, your furry family members are welcome too!

***Note: Part of the dock was damaged during a recent hurricane and is scheduled for repair, but there’s still about 30 feet of dock space available enjoy and fish off of!***

Step inside the first floor, where you’ll find a bright and inviting living room with a 65” Roku TV, flowing into a modern kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes a Keurig and drip coffee maker, air fryer, Ninja blender/food processor, full sets of dinnerware, pots and pans, a BBQ set, knife block, loaded spice rack, electric wine opener, plenty of drinkware, and more—everything you need to cook, sip, and relax.

Once you’ve poured your coffee or wine, head to the back sitting room featuring rattan chairs and a sofa that pulls out into a queen bed. There’s also a two-seat dinette where you can sit and sip while enjoying a full 22-foot wall-to-wall window view of the river.

The door beside the dining nook leads you to the garage, which features everything you need for a fun-filled day! A washer and dryer, two kayaks, two bicycles, fishing poles, beach chairs, a beach cart, and a cooler. Whether you’re planning a morning paddle, a bike ride along the river, or a relaxing afternoon on the beach, it’s all right here waiting for you.

The first floor also includes:
• A bedroom with a Sealy queen adjustable mattress, 40” Roku TV, and a custom built-in closet with hangers
• A full bathroom with a shower and blow dryer
• A dining nook
• Mobility aids available upon request: shower seat, walker with wheels and seat, and a cane
• Access to the garage, which includes a washer/dryer, 2 kayaks, 2 bicycles, fishing poles, beach chairs, a beach cart, and a cooler—everything you need for a day of adventure or relaxation.

Upstairs, the second floor features:

• A spacious 30-foot master suite with a king bed, 55” Roku TV, reclining couch, dual built-in closets, beautiful bamboo furniture, and a 24-foot private balcony with a set of zero-gravity chairs to take in the river and Daytona skyline views
• A guest bedroom with a queen bed, 40” Roku TV, and closet
• A full bathroom with new granite finishes and a small river-facing window

Fresh, high-quality linens and towels, paper products, and basic cleaning supplies are all provided, so you can settle in without needing to run straight to the store.
