The Space:

The ocean is just across Highway 98 and can be accessed by a convenient skywalk. The Silver Sands outlet mall is a little more than a mile east, and the Destin Commons shopping area is four miles west.



Step inside this bright and spacious condo and head down a short hallway to find the living area. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow light to suffuse the space while offering lovely views of the area, including partial views of the Gulf. Comfy couches and an armchair surround a flatscreen TV and invite you to put your feet up and relax while you browse the cable channels.



Next to the living area, the well-appointed open kitchen makes it easy to put together home-cooked meals. You'll find everything you need here, from standard appliances including a stove, an oven, a fridge, and a microwave, to convenient extras such as a blender and a slow cooker. There's also a dishwasher, so you can spend less time cleaning and more time on the beach.



Grab a seat at the breakfast bar, or sit down at the six-person dining room table. If you'd rather eat al fresco, step out onto the private 28-foot balcony and enjoy your meal while listening to waves crash in the distance.



Head back inside and down the hallway to the bedrooms. Turn right and pass the wet bar with a mini-fridge to find a full bathroom on your left. Across from the bathroom, there's a bedroom with two queen-size beds, a flatscreen TV, and access to the balcony. Adjacent to that bedroom is the master bedroom, which includes a king-size bed, balcony access, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a garden tub and a walk-in shower.



The third bedroom is a separate suite to the right of the front door, across the hallway from the first two bedrooms. It includes a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a microwave, a sink, and a two-burner stove. There's also an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a flatscreen TV, a king-size bed, and a private balcony with a table and chairs. Altogether, up to eight guests will sleep comfortably at this condo.



Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the private balcony before heading downstairs for a quick workout in the fitness center or a morning game of tennis. After breakfast, pack your snacks, sunscreen, and beach reads and walk across the skywalk to find a place on the sandy shore to set up your towels and umbrellas.
