Elegant coastal decor, contemporary finishes, and comfortable furniture create an inviting atmosphere - complete with a flatscreen cable smart TV, DVD player, and complimentary WiFi. Beautiful Property

This was a beautiful home with easy parking, a great location, and a nice pool that is private to the community. This was perfect for my husband and our infant daughter to go on vacation with his mother, my parents and my brother and his wife and kids. The main living area was very large which was perfect for cooking and spending time together, but when needed, everyone had their own space that was truly private and quiet. The master bedroom and bathroom was awesome! If you’ve been to the area you already know how beautiful the beaches are, but what was truly worth it was the private beach access. When driving around and exploring the area we noticed that the public beaches were jam packed with people. It was so nice to have a gated entry to a beach that was never overly crowded. I would definitely rent this property again.

Close to ocean

This property is close to the ocean, within 2 to 3 minutes walking. I would use the ramp to the public beach instead of the code they supply, there are steps going down to the ocean for that. The public beach is nice and well cared for, not super crowded with a lifeguard present. This house has plenty of room, we had 7 adults and 2 children and it was very accommodating. There is a closet right outside the front door that has chairs, toys, umbrellas, wagon, really anything you'd need for the beach. It's a little far from some of the popular restaurants, maybe 20 minute drive, but I enjoyed being out of the main Destin crowds. Good place to stay, would recommend.

Beautiful property, perfect location, no wifi

Amazing in every way, but not ideal if you need access to email, working remotely, or like to have a working TV. The rental company was super responsive but we never actually got working WiFi. Our guess is the property owners stopped paying for it when they put the unit up for sale, so maybe that issue will go away eventually.

Great place - but a lot of issues

The place was great as far as location and rooms but we encountered electrical and door issues. Most of the upstairs plugs didn’t work or worked sporadically. The front door would not stay shut unless the top lock was locked. We also had issues with the freezer not keeping things frozen

Wonderful condo close to the beach

The condo was clean and very spacious. The pool was very close and not crowded. Maybe, the queen size beds could have been lowered a few inches. The WiFi in one of the bedrooms had a weak signal. All in all awesome family vacation.

Close to the Beach

Rental process was made easy; Peace and quiet; Just a short walk to the beach; Amenities of 4-bedrooms, 4-baths was perfect for a large group; Plenty of restaurants and shopping; Any issues were resolved readily by Vacasa. Vacasa staff were professional and attentive.

Fabulous !!

Everything was wonderful but depending on how long you are staying you might have to wash your own towels and replace things like your tissue! Housekeeping will not be back until you check out so keep that in mind

Great stay

We had a great time as family the only complaints j had was no wifi password (had to call), the couches sat super low so they was difficult for my elderly grandparents in laws to get off of, the floors could have been swept a little better and they could have had better blankets on the bed. Overall it was a great place I would stay again. It was over all clean it smelled great walking in, there was plenty of things to cook with. It was pretty kid friendly (small children) friendly.

Happy for my choice

The house was very clean and nice and close to beach, so our girls / boys can walk to beach in 3 min. It was very popular season so we could stay here only 2 night and move to other property, but I and my friends were very satisfied with this property. I think it was very luck to find this property. well equipped.

Online booking was simple. Payment reminder was awesome. Emailed asking about extras, quickly got a response. Emails detailing process to get in house, passwords/codes, and directions were timed just right, easy to read, and user friendly! Property was spectacular, beautiful, clean, spacious, and fully loaded! Pool area was gorgeous! Short walk to the ocean, souvenir stores, and beachside bar. HIGHLY recommend for large families!

Loved it!

The house was beautiful. Everything was clean. I wish there were information about how to open the door with the code. I was having trouble getting in since it was my first time, but luckily a neighbor was kind enough to tell us how. The beach was nearby. Overall I recommend this house it was family-friendly
