Crystal View Condominium 402 Géré par Newman-Dailey

Ce magnifique condo de vacances au 4ème étage de Destin est vraiment digne de faire partie du complexe Crystal View. Tout son côté sud-est est orné de fenêtres et d'un balcon panoramique afin que votre vue sur les eaux émeraude scintillantes sont limpides!
Décor moderne comportant des illustrations audacieux et coloré ajoute à la sensation joyeuse, tandis que des extras comme la grande baignoire, un balcon meublé et des lits et canapés confortables vraiment permettent de vous détendre détente. En outre, vous ne devez pas aller loin pour déguster de délicieux fruits de mer, vous pouvez voir Beach Bar and Grill Pompano Joe juste en bas de la piste de jogging à l'est. De plus, grand golf et les magasins sont tous à moins d'quelques minutes.
Ce condo loue la semaine du samedi au samedi pendant les vacances de printemps. Au cours du 4 Juillet vacances, nous demandons un séjour d'une semaine.
Nous ne louons à personne de moins de 25 ans ou aux étudiants.
S'il vous plaît se renseigner sur les frais pour animaux de compagnie à la réservation. Nous avons un tarif pour les animaux non-remboursable requis avec nos animaux de compagnie amicale propriétés.

Destin March 2021

Enjoyed our stay! Condo worked perfect for us! (7 Adults & 1 Infant) Perfect floor plain! Could use more seating in the living room. The balcony had a beautiful view but the chairs on the balcony needs to be replaced with something more comfy. Probably would have spent more time on the balcony but the chairs where very uncomfortable. Other than that everything else was excellent! Would defiantly recommend this condo and would rent again.

Spring Break 2021

I was pleased with the Interior of the Condo, the exterior not so much. Lighting in the hall leading to door was horrible, and very dirty. The elevator needed a good cleaning as well. The pool was small but nice and the beach was exactly as pictured. The other downside was construction going on next door and if your wanting peace and quiet, the helicopters run non stop all day long. It's all in what you are looking for when on vacation but for me, I would not do this property for the outer reasons. Condo was perfect .

Not worth the money. Needs attention

For the money spent, we expected a lot more, especially to my sister's unit on the same floor. Unit had a master shower door that won't close and has no hand shower in it to shave your legs. There was very basic kitchen stuff - no colander when we went to make Mac n. cheese and boil some shrimp.Had blood spot on two pillow cases, lots of dead light bulbs. There is no foot rest for the most uncomfortable chairs on the balcony, thus not great for watching the sunset. TV channels are mostly in Spanish - especially all of the kids channels.

We encourage guests to inform us of any issues immediately so we may take care of them. We would have been happy to drop off a colander, replaced the light bulbs, provided fresh linens, and had maintenance come out to fix the shower door. We have forwarded your review to the property manager so she can check on these items and repair and replace items as needed. Breathtaking view of the Gulf! Condo was beautiful! Easy access to the beach, and a short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Loved our stay there!

At first site it appears from the way the outside looks that you may have wasted your money, but once you enter the condo you realize, it was just the outside. The inside was beautiful, the view was amazing! Check in and out was a breeze. I would and will come back for sure!

Beautiful property!

Great experience! Beautiful property in a good location. Only complaint is that the dog area in the back is poor (dry grasses/thorns hurt their paws). They’d be better putting mulch back there.

Everything was wonderful- however more lighting is needed. In the evening there is not enough light to be able to sit and read or to see very well...

Hurricane Escape

My family and I escaped from SWFL and Hurricane Irma with our small dogs, and were pleased to be able to rent this Crystal View condo. The condo was great with everything in good condition, very comfortable and amazing views! We will plan on coming back in the future for a pleasure trip!!

The info is absolutely gorgeous and everything the pictures show it to be. We had a great view of the beach that was perfect. This was our 1st time visiting Destin, but we will be back and hope to book this location again. The only thing wrong was we didn't stay long enough.

Great view of the beach!

Had a great time in Destin this condo was so close to beach and very close to shopping and restaurant. Enjoyed sitting on spacious balcony and watching the waves. Only suggestion is to put room darkening curtains in the first two bedrooms the light outside in hallway shines directly in rooms. Very clean and spacious and it was a plus we could bring our miniature schnauzer with us.

July 2016 Stay

Condo 402 was absolutely fabulous it was a beautiful condo it was perfect for our family and our 2 small dogs, the complex itself was in a great location the only downfall I would say that we had was that there is no cart to haul up our groceries or personal belongings for the trip so that made it very difficult other than that it was very very very nice and I would definitely recommend it. And Housekeeping could have done a little better job with the vacuuming because I don't think they picked up the rugs in the condo because there was ALOT of sand under them so a small floor vacuum would come in handy. We will definitely be renting this one again, but hopefully they will have some carts for the tenants on the fourth floor.

We loved staying so close to the beach! Great view! Plenty of room. Very well stocked and kept except there were not enough washcloths so I had to go buy more. There were numerous lights out in the master bath and living room so that needs to be corrected for the next guest. We will be back to this property or another ND property.
