Unité de luxe au 5e étage dans le village de Baytowne Wharf. Beaucoup de pierre, de carreaux et de marbre. La suite principale a un lit king et une salle de bain attenante. Comprend également un dormeur futon pleine taille dans le salon. Balcon privé donnant sur la baie de Choctaw pour profiter de votre petit-déjeuner ou cocktail.

Les commodités du bâtiment comprennent une salle de fitness sur place, un bar dans le hall, un concierge, des chasseurs, une boutique de cadeaux, un service de voiturier ou un parking en libre-service, une piscine et un jacuzzi. À quelques pas des boutiques et des restaurants de Baytowne.

Great vacation

The property was very spacious and comfortable. Very close to baytowne. The owner was very quick to respond and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place for our little vacation!

My son (7) and I loved the place. Very cozy and clean apt, convenient location to enjoy the village and easy acces to the beach using the tram system. We had a great time!

Being so close to Baytowne was perfect. The check-in process was amazing!!! Loved having covered parking. Bed was very comfortable. All in all this was GREAT!!

Great Stay!!

Great property and very accommodating. Property was exactly as described and everything needed was provided. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and we would certainly return to this property without hesitation. Windows provided beautiful views from the unit.

Best anniversary get away yet!!

Me and hubby had an amazing stay at this cozy condo. We loved convenience of Baytowne and close to outlet shopping when it rained. Ms Kathy has everything there you need! We hopefully can make this our anniversary trip each year and maybe even my birthday;)!

Everything was as described. We loved the room and it accommodated all four of us perfectly. We would recommend and stay again. Loved the convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the beach! Also loved how convenient it was to walk down to Baytown Villages and go shopping or grab a bite to eat. 10/10.

Wonderful location. Once parked... really dont have to leave. So convenient and great scenery. Will definitely go back. Easy to communicate with owner with any concerns or questions. She is great!!!

Comfortable place

This property was clean and as described with extra items needed… aluminum foil, sandwich bags, beach chairs, beach towels, coffee pods, extra linens, and towels. The area was quiet and family oriented. There were lots of places to shop and wonderful restaurants nearby the property. We had great communication and quick response from owner.

Perfect condo and location

My husband and I have stayed in several VRBO’s in the last couple of years. I have never seen a condo that had absolutely everything you would need. The condo was immaculate. We have stayed in a different condo in the same location and will still go back. Once you go go grocery shopping, then park, you won’t have to leave with all the location offers! Thank you Ms. Kathy!

Mrs. Kathy is an amazing host. She makes sure we have everything we need. The property is always immaculate. There is a beautiful view of the sunset from the room. We are already planning to stay next year. Love it! Our home away from home.

Perfect Get-a-Way Choice

I love the Grand, have stayed multiple times, but never thru VRBO. It was perfect transaction. The room description was spot-on. Tastefully decorated. Clean, roomy, and a nice peek- thru the trees to see the bay. Fully furnished with everything! In the future, I would look to rent this same unit again.

Greater than you can imagine!

We’ve stayed at quite a few different places inside of the Sandestin Resort and I can honestly say there isn’t one thing wrong with this condo at all. It was so much better than I even expected. There were so many extra things that she provided to make our stay more comfortable The owner is an absolute delight to communicate with. This will now always be our #1 choice when it comes to staying at the Sandestin Resort.

A+ Property

The property was absolutely fabulous in every regard and the owner has thoughtfully provided for every comfort imaginable and we really appreciated this. That being said, I would point out that the beach experience at Sandestin leaves a lot to be desired. Not only are there entirely way too many beach chairs and umbrellas crowding the beach, but the purple flag indicating bacteria in the water didn’t make me feel too good about trying to swim there. I know this is not the owner’s personal responsibility but I would suggest that all owners do everything they can to advocate for the health of our oceans as that predicates the entire beach experience. It may be a small, symbolic thing, but I would’ve liked to have seen some sort of recycling opportunities offered within the Grand Sandestin.

Perfect family vacation

Quick access to fun activities. Quick drive to the beach and easy access to a shuttle so you don’t have to worry about parking at the beach. Clean and quiet room. All the amenities we needed to cook some meals in the room.

The calm and quiet atmosphere of the Sandestin resort with everything you need. The room had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Our little family will definitely be back.
