Wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, clean condo. Great view, comfortable, has everything you need. The onsite restaurant was a big bonus. We love this area and can't wait to come back.

Perfectly stocked! Exceptionally clean

I’ve stayed in a lot of short term rentals before and I’d have to say this was the best one my family has booked. It was completely equipped with everything you need from a vegetable peeler to a cheese grader. Those are the types of things you can’t usually find in an STR. The condo is spacious and the view of the beach is significantly better than the pictures even show. Two super important things for me w a stay is water pressure and beds. The shower had great water pressure and heated up well. The bed was comfortable too. Julie was attentive and kind. We really enjoyed our stay here. We even extended our stay for a few more days.

The Views

This was the perfect condo to celebrate our 30th anniversary! The views are of the beautiful gulf to the south, Destin and the sunset in the middle, and the bay to the north all from one balcony. I had the time of my life on that balcony!

Great cozy condo. Has absolutely everything you would need. Great location and view of the beach. Easy access to beach and pool. I will definitely be booking again for my next beach trip to Destin area. Communication was also great.

The Condo was beautiful and was very clean, We have stay in other Condos that we have to clean when we get their and that is not fun. When you go on vacation you don't want to clean. Also it was very nice place and convent to anywhere you wanted to go and we would stay their again.

Very nice condo

We stayed at the condo for five nights. The condo was very nice and met all needs for our stay. The starter supplies were much more accommodating than we have received through VRBO before. The complex could have had better maintenance around pool and pool restrooms.

Amazing!!

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful!! We loved the area! People are soo nice and welcoming here! Met some great people! I really enjoyed how beautiful it is. The only con we had was the king size bed was not comfortable at all. But we managed!:) this place is just so nice. Very easy to get to! The owners are amazing! We really don’t have any negative comments. We will be back for sure!!

Amazing place with perfect view

This is our second year straight staying at Surfside. Everything about our stay was perfect. Check in was easy and communicating with the owners was great. It was just my wife and I so there was plenty of space. The condo was very clean. And the views are amazing. We ate breakfast every morning out on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. This year one morning we got to see the dolphins while eating breakfast. Can’t beat that. Everything you need is within a mile or two to drive to. The Surfside restaurant is on the first floor and has great food. The best part is the beach is right there. Walk across the street and your ready to enjoy. If your looking for a place right on the beach don’t pass this one up, you will love it.

Great place to spend the week!

Check in was simple. The condo was clean and beautiful! Julie and pat were great. Even sent me a welcome letter with places to eat and things to do. Very helpful. There was plenty of dishes to cook. The on-site restaurant is great and serves Great food and drinks. The balcony is perfect And has a gorgeous beach view. Our condo was perfect. But, there was a couple cons. These cons do not reflect the condo whatsoever. 1. There is only 3 elevators. If you are arriving on Saturday it’s hard to find a cart to put your luggage on. You’re going to have to wait to get on the elevator, especially coming from the beach in the afternoons. 2. The pool area isn’t very clean. (Bathrooms are not cleaned frequently and floors are pretty nasty) sand all in the bottom of the pool. 3. It’s hard to get down the steps to the walk way when you have a cooler. There are quite a bit of steps.( we ended up walking across the street.) We would definitely come back. We enjoyed our trip!

We loved staying in this condo. Everything inside was beautiful and I especially loved that they had curtains instead of blinds for the windows. Pat and Julie communicated well with us, providing all the information we needed well in advance. We love staying at Surfside Beach Resort every year, but this unit is by far my favorite. We hope we are able to stay in this unit again next year! Thank you!

Place was really great. Owners are excellent with communication. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the beach....well that's why you come here....the beach was just gorgeous - the beach chairs were nice and the beach guys were so nice and easy to work with. Cheers!

We had a wonderful stay! The views were beautiful, beach access was convenient, and we appreciated all the extra amenities to make the trip a breeze! Check-in went smoothly and we had received all the necessary information prior to our arrival. We would happily return for another visit!

Great beach location

This was our first family trip to destin and it was perfect! I will be booking again for next July but for a longer stay. The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. Highly recommend this condo.

I’ve stayed at Surfside for the past 25+ years. This condo is well maintained and comes fully equipped to meet all your kitchen needs. The furnishings are above average, which demonstrates ownership pride. The balcony provides a variety of seating accommodations with an excellent view of the beach and the sunset.

Great condo in fabulous location !

I absolutely loved this condo! It it’s huge and extremely well equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. It was super clean and the view is gorgeous. You can access the balcony overlooking the gulf from both bedrooms and the living area. We loved the gorgeous sunsets. The resort restaurant was delicious and affordable. The spa was reasonable and so relaxing. The included beach services were so convenient and the staff was super friendly. Grab this condo quick if available. You will not be disappointed. I can’t wait to go back. 5 night stay and never had to move my car! Super communication with the host. They are so friendly and accommodating. Thanks again Julie for the hospitality.

Our condo is on the 12th floor with western views of the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida. Breathtaking views and sunsets while relaxing on the balcony. Our condo has a split layout so the living room divides the bedrooms and easy access to the balcony from all the rooms in our condo. Free Beach Service which includes 2 chairs and an umbrella, fully stocked kitchen, towels and linens supplied, and all the amenities that Surfside Resort offers....
All of our guests have thoroughly enjoyed staying with us and we have many yearly repeaters. We are here for you to ensure you stay is enjoyable and your vacation memorable.
