Discover your very own piece of oceanside luxury at this two-bedroom two-bathroom oceanfront condo right in the middle of Mission Beach. Enjoy being just steps from the sand a quick walk from Mission Bay and right near shops restaurants and the small seaside Belmont Park.

Step into this lovely property to find an open-concept living area with a full kitchen, breathtaking ocean views, and large sliding glass doors that lead to an ocean-facing patio. With a plush sectional and a flatscreen TV, this room is an ideal spot for unwinding whether it’s for a cocktail break after the beach or a family movie night before bedtime.

Step onto the patio for a sweeping panoramic view of Mission Beach. Awake in the morning to have a cup of coffee as the beach slowly comes to life or indulge in magnificent sunsets in the evenings. The patio is furnished with a table an umbrella two chairs and a shared grill and gas firepit shared with the condo next door. Back inside you’ll find that the kitchen faces the ocean and is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for two.

Take a few steps down to the first bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk. A shared bathroom is just outside the door with a walk-in shower. Up from the main level is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a flatscreen TV with a shared bathroom in the hall. From this room you can access the washer/dryer and the upper-level sundeck where you can stretch out on a cushy outdoor sectional and bask in the fantastic weather. Free WiFi satellite cable and beach equipment are provided as well.

This condo is located directly off the beach and boardwalk in North Mission Beach about a third of a mile north of Belmont Park. Mission Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk shops restaurants and Belmont Park's miniature golf bumper cars rock climbing and arcade. You'll be just a few minutes from SeaWorld and an easy drive from the San Diego Zoo Balboa Park San Diego International Airport and Downtown San Diego as well. Book your stay today!

peaceful getaway

We loved our time at this house and I think we would love to stay again sometime soon! Everything was perfect and there were even little amenities like a sound machine, beach toys, and fans that made it that much more comfortable. My husband and I sat on the deck and watched the sunset while the kids played at the beach, we also loved the close location to all the fun kid activities just down the boardwalk. Can't wait to come back soon!

This location the kitchen did not have a lot of basic items like a baking dish, certain oven items to cook with, salt /pepper was awful- old and hard. I wish this was said we would have been better prepared. Parking was very tight. The view was nice, the indoor out door vibe was nice. Just wish there was more bedding sheets. For someone wanting to sleep on the couch. Theimpossible.

The worst stay I've ever had thru VRBO

This was supposed to be a romantic getaway for my wife and I for 4 days. Upon arrival the keypad for the entry was very old and did not work. Once we gained access, we entered a house that was not close to accurate according to the listing. We were hoping for a clean and comfortable space to stay for the week, and this place was the total opposite. Everything was old and outdated and has not been modified for a long time.The couches were old and smelly and were so bad that we had to put sheets over them to sit down. The curtains were dingy and faded. This place was just not well maintained.The temperature in San Diego was about 60 degrees and there wasn’t any heat in the house. The house didn’t have any central heat and cooling system. The management company provided 2 portable heaters, which we had to shuffled around the house. We couldn’t watch a TV show or movie for 3 minutes without the TV buffering because the internet didn’t work properly and couldn’t get a good signal.After one night we couldn’t take any more. We spoke with management and decided we were not going to spend 4 days in this place and wanted to find something much better. We didn’t want to stay for 1 night, but it was late on a Sunday night, so we were stuck in that place for 1 night. We requested a refund for the remaining 3 nights. Management offered us a refund for 1 night if we didn’t leave a bad review. However, I had to let other people know about this place.
